MMargoShamsher: The first things I noticed were the convenient location and how clean the hotel was. I really loved the Lavande scent in the shampoo, body wash and air diffuser — everything smelled so nice and relaxing. The room was very comfortable and quite big, especially the orthopaedic pillows. I also loved the smart home system, especially being able to play music while taking a shower — such a nice little touch! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

KKonstantin Lvov: I think the service is standard everywhere where a room costs more than 2,500 rubles per night. It's worth noting that breakfast is included in the price; you can't book a stay at this hotel without it. A 3 for convenience due to the constantly fluctuating water temperature in the shower—you'd think you could set it, but then it's either hot or cold—there's no middle ground. There are air conditioners in the lobby on the first floor, although on the other floors (2nd through 6th floors) they either don't have them or don't turn them on. Breakfast 👍🏻, plenty of seating.

NNatali_M: Excellent hotel, located on the main street, close to the promenade, shopping street, and Huafu. The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!

VVerunchek: This hotel was chosen because it is located, next to the Tz and the embankment. The hotel is good, the rooms are small, clean. Towels change at request ,no breakfast.

GGuest User: The room was okay, a bit on the small side. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, which was nice. The staff's attitude was just so-so. There were quite a few Russian guests staying there. It's close to the river and the big night market. Parking spaces out front were limited, and breakfast was pretty standard.

GGuest User: I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day.
