Guest User: When I made my reservation I had requested a first floor due to my disability. When I arrived there were no first floor rooms available. The guy at the counter offered me a suite for more money. I politely declined and asked him for the elevator to get to my second floor room. He told me the motel didn’t have an elevator. I then asked him for assistance to get up the stairs with my belongings since I have a fused ankle and a bad knee. He told me he could not help me as he was the only one there. Poor customer service. Poor disability accommodations. But, I must say, once I made it up there, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well.

Alcatraz Island
Really enjoyed visiting Alcatraz Island! The ferry ride over had great views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. The self-guided cellhouse tour was very interesting, especially hearing the stories about the prison and its former inmates. The whole experience was well organized and definitely worth visiting if you’re in San Francisco. Highly recommended!

渔人码头热闹得有点乱。海狮瘫在木板上嗷嗷叫，那股腥味隔老远就闻得到。面包碗装蛤蜊浓汤捧在手里烫，边喝边看街头艺人表演。螃蟹摊位一个接一个，红壳堆得老高，敲开蟹钳往嘴里送，手指沾满黄油。叮当车当当响着从身边过，游客伸长脖子看，其实也没啥特别，就是挺有烟火气的。

金门大桥的颜色比照片里好看，红得发亮。走在桥上风大得帽子快飞了，车子轰隆隆震得桥面微微颤。走到中间回头望，城市缩成小小一片，雾从海面漫过来，桥塔尖儿若隐若现。旁边骑车的人按铃铛示意借过，才反应过来站了挺久。

The space was warm, humid, and a little narrow, but its unique spiral layout made exploring it feel like a fun little adventure. Being surrounded by fluttering butterflies in such a lush, tropical environment was truly magical.The planetarium was another highlight. I loved how it presented the wonders of the universe through a scientific lens, making the experience both fascinating and thought-provoking.Between the enchanting rainforest, the captivating planetarium, and the festive mix of Mexican traditions and Halloween spirit, it was an evening filled with wonder, discovery and fun. A truly memorable experience!
