GGuest User: The shower was not clean and there was hair in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty and needs to be scrubbed and the hair cleaned up in the corners. The first bed we rolled down had a very long black hair and also a pubic hair laying on top of the white sheet. If the sheets were changed from the previous patron, I don’t know how the housekeeping staff could have missed that, so I assume the previous Patron made the bed and house keeping never changed that bed. We checked the other bed and it appeared clean so we slept in that bed.

GGastgebruiker: Great motel for our short stay in Branson. Comfortable room and very clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent!  We have a new place to stay when we visit Branson again!

GGuest User: The room had a nice view. The front desk lady was very nice. We asked to change to a valley-view room and we get it. Breakfast was ok ok.There are ample spaces of Parking. Only things we faced was that there was no electricity while we are in the breakfast area on the 9th floor, and the hotel had no backup power. After finishing breakfast, we had to walk down the stairs from the 9th floor to our room on the 4th floor. Then again at checkout, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs from the 4th floor to the lobby. It was very tiring and inconvenient for my parents, and we expected the hotel to have backup power for situations like this.

GGastgebruiker: I was pleased with the hotel.  It was a nice place to stay.  The only problem I had, was I booked a mobility room however when we arrived at the hotel we did not get a mobility room.  They said that going through a third party to book, you don’t always get what you booked.  I was disappointed about that.
