GGastgebruiker: The hotel is located on the busy street. It’s very noisy at night until early morning. I could hear the traffic and other noises whole night. Couldn’t sleep at all.  The room itself is quite new and clean. But it’s too noisy. I wouldn’t consider to go back again.

CChunTravels: A lovely stay! It’s been a little chilly in late July, the room has a heater and a thick blanket making my stay cosy. The wifi signal has been great - in my previous accommodations they would be unstable. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, I was able to do my laundry here, which was perfect as I’ve just over half way in my time in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was well balanced and healthy. The location is perfect, it’s right next to the main road. There’s a big supermarket nearby as well the city centre. For hiking you can easily access the Single Tree hill. Thank you for having me.

GGastgebruiker: Bij aankomst op de camping hadden we een extra bed nodig, maar de receptie weigerde. We moesten via Ctrip communiceren en moesten bijna een uur wachten. Ze lieten ons niet eerst de kamer in, wat een beetje onprettig was. Het ontbijt was niet heel gevarieerd, maar over het algemeen prima. Er verbleven veel tourgroepen.

GGastgebruiker: Room is spacious, have all amenities and toiletries (just missing the slippers). It have heater instead of air conditioner as there is mostly cold here. Centralized control system is a plus. Washroom is comparatively much smaller and just the basic size. Cons: The main thing was the management which was poor and mostly looked after only locals as we came to know by our driver. At check in the room key didn't worked 3 time and they have to call some technical guy to resolve the issue which was actually the issue in room door, still they gave us the same room. When we go to food court for breakfast in morning, it was only 4 set items only which also they decide they want to give or not. For every request it was a no even when we are willing to pay extra for the same. For the meal we had we asked extra sambhar they deny they can't give. We asked for sandwich or any breads which was also unavailable. But after sometime, they give sandwich to some other persons. When we confronted them, they told it is in different meal, we asked to give only sandwich they outright denied, when we said give meal they say come after 11. After complaining and telling at the reception his response was mostly defending and at last only told you can discuss with senior manager. It was our time to leave the city as per our itinerary so we left the place as it is.

GGoenka Amit: nice location, room was fine too. service was good. easy to go around as it was not far from most of the tourist places. breakfast was reasonable and stay was very accommodative. they had multiple hotel around the same location and this one was one of the nicest one. we had good time. may be little overpriced

AAnonieme gebruiker: 首先想説一下將近¥3500的房費，性價比不是很高。預訂界面完全沒有展示這個酒店真實的樣子，入住後看到滿牆的頭像，覺得非常的恐怖，再加上各種設施老舊，整體住下來感受不是很好。 酒店衞生很差，好像沒有認真打掃，酒店浴巾甚至是深一塊淺一塊，再加上設施老舊，沙發上也可以看到各種污漬。晚上房間裏有3隻蒼蠅，打死了一衹不知道又從哪裡冒出來2隻。早餐也是各種蒼蠅環繞，吃了幾口就沒胃口了。 也就衹有酒店服務人員服務態度還算可以。總體來説不推薦。
