Romantic hotels in West Java, Indonesia

We verbleven in een Club King-kamer en waren erg onder de indruk van het ontbijt en de afternoon tea. Je merkt echt de aandacht voor detail en de moeite die in het eten en de service is gestoken. De hotelfaciliteiten zijn uitstekend en in combinatie met het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen was de algehele ervaring zeer ontspannend en aangenaam. Het enige minpuntje was de geluidsisolatie van de kamer, want 's nachts was het geluid van de aangrenzende kamer behoorlijk merkbaar.

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV. The stafs is really nice and helpful.

The hotel gives you a homie and greener feeling because its design and looks are very homie. Building architecture from old dutch colonial and surrounding by trees and nice garden make it very fresh. The room quite spacious on this price category and some has balcony with a nivw bath room. I impress about the amenities that complete from the bottle of water, tooh brush and tooth paste has a brand and good quality. The Bed ok and the furniture were nice. The facilities the have a good and best spot for photos (for instagram) and a nice swimming pool infront of their restaurant which is use for daily dining/breakfast. The breakfast is just ok. need to improve for the variety and taste. The staff some are nice some just flat face eapecially on the breakfast service seems like they tired or forget that their in the hospitality indistry that need warm and smile service. Maybe because most of the staff are seniors so they forget how to serve customer. but the security and receptionist are nice. The Parking area are open space so if its rain your car will be wet or hot if it during the day. overall is Ok. a good and relaxing hotel if you want to choose stay in bandung city

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Beautiful resort. We came on weekdays so it wasn’t crowded but still lively. Unfortunately the pony ride is not available on weekdays but there are other amenities to keep children busy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The resort feels modern and clean. Highly recommended!

De medewerkersservice vanaf de auto-ingang tot de bagagebezorgservice naar de kamer was allemaal bevredigend. Het ontbijt is super compleet en heeft veel variatie. Het ontbijtpersoneel was allemaal vriendelijk en vuile borden werden snel van de tafel verwijderd. Het hoteluitzicht is geweldig... Gebakken bananen zonder bloem zijn mijn favoriet. Toen er een aardbeving van 5,8 op de recterschaal plaatsvond, was al het personeel alert, kalm en behendig om alle gasten bij het verzamelpunt te verzamelen en aan alle gasten een mededeling te doen over de toestand die zich had voorgedaan. Bedankt GH universal, hopelijk blijven er meer gasten overnachten.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel — the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.

Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!
