Romantic hotels in Heilongjiang, China

De locatie van het hotel is absoluut perfect. Recht tegenover het metrostation Youyigong van lijn 3, met een groot plein ervoor en naast de kabelbaan. Loop een stukje verder en je bent bij de oever van de Songhua-rivier. Naar Zhongyang Street en de ochtendmarkt in Hongzhuan Street is het ongeveer vijf minuten lopen, super handig. Maar wat echt het meest te prijken is, is de service van het hotel. Bij het inchecken werd onze bagage naar de kamer gebracht en na het uitchecken, toen we de metro namen, werd onze bagage zelfs naar de ingang van het metrostation gebracht. Zo ontzettend bedankt! De kamer was schoon, hygiënisch en ruim, met twee luchtbevochtigers. De receptie bood ook wegwerp handdoeken aan. Er is aan alles gedacht! Dit heeft echt een geweldige indruk achtergelaten op ons, die voor de eerste keer in Harbin waren.

De locatie was boven een groot winkelcentrum met omringend nachtleven. Het Wandaplein, het Meteo Station en het westelijke treinstation liggen allemaal op loopafstand. De service was erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en vooral professioneel. Er was ook een welkomssnack voorzien. Het ontbijt was Chinees, het eten varieerde elke dag. Het was aangenaam. Een paar dingen waren echter oud en versleten. Dit gaf de kamer de indruk van voormalige luxe. Alles, inclusief de liften, was echter erg schoon. Over het algemeen een aangenaam verblijf.

Hartelijk dank aan Ranran van het Harbin Dayang Ritz Hotel voor de attente service! De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, dicht bij populaire attracties zoals Central Street en de Sint-Sofiakathedraal. Je kunt de schoonheid van 'Ice City' gemakkelijk te voet verkennen, wat het reizen superhandig maakt. De hygiëne is onberispelijk; de kamers zijn brandschoon, het beddengoed is fris en zacht, en de badkamer is netjes met aparte natte en droge ruimtes, zonder enige geur. Dit toont aandacht voor detail. De service van Ranran is zowel enthousiast als professioneel, ze beantwoordt al je vragen en is ontzettend behulpzaam, wat de hele verblijfservaring zeer comfortabel maakte. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. De volgende keer dat ik naar Harbin kom, kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel. Een absolute aanrader!

Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！

Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food.

The kids LOVE this hotel!!!!!!!!! Everything is perfect, staff was extremely friendly, the only negative is that the location is quite far from city center, so getting to anywhere is quite hard, but who cares, they got programs throughout the day so u get to do it with ur kids, penguin interaction in the morning, feed the polar bear (although quite costly 100rmb for feeding).. The room was amazing, able to watch polar bear throughout the day, one of the best unique hotel we ever stay, my kids actually cried when leaving the hotel as they miss the polar bear.. Breakfast was ok, staff was attentive, able to do laundry onsite. One thing to note is that, they do not have a proper drop off point, so if you have a lot of luggage, u will struggle, with stair and walking on ice during winter time. I will definitely stay with them the next time again

Very good experience. There's complimentary afternoon tea 2pm-4pm with cake and supper 9pm-10:30pm have porridge. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe twin room as I needed a room near to washer room and lift. The staff helps guest to carry luggage up to room and down the stairs when checking out. Staff also helps to carry luggage to taxi. It's just 5 mins walk (300m) away from 中央大街 and also 15 mins walk (1.1km). Breakfast is delicious and suitable for those who do not eat pork. I will come back here stay again next time when visiting harbin.

Impeccable service right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, with good variety of breakfast spread and afternoon tea. The room is extremely spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all kinds of sleeping aids (i.e. steam eye masks and essential oil diffuser). Not to mention, it's strategically located opposite the metro station and lots of food establishments. A special shoutout to the F&B manager and the housekeeping lady at Level 5, who always serve us with a smile and ensuring that our needs are met. The F&B manager even prepared a plate of local fruits as well as yoghurt drinks and have them delivered to our room. Grateful for the hospitality and warmth received. Harbin DeRucci is indeed a home away from home, and we'd definitely choose this hotel again in a heartbeat if we ever return to Harbin.

This hotel is highly recommended. It is located right next to Harbin’s iconic landmark, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and only a few minutes’ walk from Central Street. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortably warm, which is especially important in Harbin’s cold climate. Being situated in the city center, the hotel provides easy access to the railway station, airport shuttle stops, and popular attractions such as the Songhua River, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Zhaolin Park. During peak travel seasons, the hotel is generally more competitively priced than international chain hotels in the same area, making it a great value choice that truly “wins on location.” The front desk staff and service team (including the personal butler service) are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also relatively healthy and well-suited for guests who prefer balanced, nutritious meals. Overall, it is an excellent option for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and good value in Harbin.

The room was excellent. It was very clean and the slide was a delight to the kids. It was very safe for my kids although they were a little noisy. But we did not get any complaints from neighbours so it means the soundproofing is great. The hotel was very generous with their service. We asked for help to buy more tangerines but they gave us for free instead. My son was ill on our check-out day and we had a night flight, they were generous to offer an extended stay so that we can nurse our child. There is a handful of halal food options nearby the hotel. My husband mostly walked to the restaurants (mostly less than 1km) to take-away food for us. It is really really close to all the attractions. We mostly walked around to nearby attractions. There is a washing machine and dryer provided for free by the hotel. The detergent is also provided at no cost. Thank you to the hotel staff for the excellent service. I cannot wait to talk about your hotel to my friends and family and highly recommends anyone. No need to have any doubts about this hotel. My kids travels alot and according to them, this hotel is the best onethey have ever stayed.
