La ubicación es excelente, frente a la costa, a menos de 2 km del centro de la ciudad y con supermercados en las proximidades.
El personal es amable y con muy buena disposición ante cualquier inquietud por parte de los huéspedes.
La habitación cuenta con mini bar y jarra eléctrica, lo cual resulta sumamente útil.
Las instalaciones son agradables y se encuentran en excelentes condiciones de higiene, particularmente el área de piscina climatizada que es sumamente disfrutable (la misma se encuentra a disposición de los huéspedes de 8:00 a 22:00 hs)
Cómo sugerencia, sería interesante que ofrecieran la opción de té completo en el horario de la tarde.
Si bien el hotel cuenta con restaurante, también existen algunas opciones en las proximidades que pueden salvarte de un apuro.
¡Definitivamente, un lugar para regresar!

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet has sooo many choices: cereal, cakes, a variety of pastries, breads, cheese and meat, juice, coffee and tea…so who needs the “pay for eggs” option?! The beds are comfy the room is late 1960s style with lotta of space to move around. The bathroom is probably the only thing that is a little ‘too’ old and really needs a renovation, but we were very warm and comfortable and enjoyed our location and the whole stay.

Todo excelente, especialmente el desayuno. El agua de la piscina interna quizás podría estar un poquito más caliente.
Y me pareció una descortesía que me cobraran $30 el agua caliente para un termo de 750 ml.

He visitado este hotel en varias ocasiones y siempre ha sido una excelente elección. Su ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos pasos del centro, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte. Además, las instalaciones se mantienen impecables; la limpieza es impecable en todas las áreas

Las habitacion que nos toco estaba bastante desactualizada, y con olor a humedad entramos directo a abrir la ventana. No contaba con enchufes cerca de las mesas de luz, de hecho habia un solo enchufe en la habitación por lo cual cargar dispositivos era una odisea.
El desayuno buffet era de muy buena calidad pero lo raro es que tenias que elegir de lejos lo que querias y te lo servia el personal.
La piscina climatizada un éxito para ir en esta época del año.
La ubicación es muy buena, estas a cuadra y media de la principal y a una pocas cuadras del casco histórico.

Hotel is very nice, next to the beach and in a very quiet area. Excellent service, staff is trained really good. Room was amazing, with kitchen and large balcony. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. Only thing is breakfast was repetitive, its exactly same every day, for short stay its okay, but would get boring if we stay more than 5 days...

Hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and location, I have stayed here before. Generally I am a big fan of this hotel. However this booking was not as great because of the poor service, I was unable to make my reservation due to flight delays and the staff was not very understanding to cancel and refund or even just to move the dates of the reservation. This will make me think twice about booking here again in the future.

-La atención del personal excelente, super amables.
Habitacion: camas super cómodas y buena presión del agua de la ducha y temperatura .
- En cada piso, hay una heladerita y pava eléctric
a para el uso común.
- Desayuno acordé al precio.
Lo malo:
Habitacion: El inodoro perdía agua por los costados y no funcionaba el botón.
-La pileta: Muy sucia. Había hasta mechones de pelo.

The staff is friendly and very willing to respond to any concerns from guests.
The room has a mini bar and electric jug, which is extremely useful.
The facilities are pleasant and in excellent hygienic conditions, particularly the heated pool area, which is extremely enjoyable (it is available to guests from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
As a suggestion, it would be interesting if they offered the option of full tea in the afternoon.
Although the hotel has a restaurant, there are also some options nearby that can save you from a pinch.
Definitely a place to return to!

JJuan Manuel CaldaroniEl hotel funciona en una hermosa casa antigua que fue restaurada y está impecable. La habitación asignada era muy bonita, pero con falencias importantes: el aire acondicionado instalado a un metro por sobre la cabeza emitía un ruido que hacía imposible descansar. No había mesita de luz ni velador. Al comentar esto en recepción, destaco la gran disposición de Micaela para que mi estadía fuera agradable y me cambió la habitación. Quiero destacar y agradecer toda su gestión y la de todo el personal.

GGuest UserThe beds were extremely comfortable and the view was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room Was missing coffee and a bath mat for the shower. Overall it was a great stay. The pool outside was beautiful and clean, unfortunately the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water was swamp green and hadn't been cleaned properly .

Todo el personal,desde Recepcion, Mucamas,Mozas del restaurant,etc fueron miy amables y serviciales en todo momento.
El desayuno,10 pumtos.
Variado, todo casero, exquisito todo.
Tambien la comida del Restaurant.
Utilizamos las instalaciones de la piscina interna,que estaban muy comodas.
La temperatura del agua,muy agradable.
Todo el personal del hotel colaboro para que nuestra estadia fuera muy disfrutable.
Enfrente del hotel,hay un pequeño.shoping,que incluye cafeterias, cine y farmacia,ademas de algunas tiendas de ropa.
Tambien,cambio de monedas.

There is tasty water, tea and filtered water all day available for everyone. The location is very good, inside the historic center and where everything happens.

Lo único que destacar es los baños de la pileta climatizada, no tenía limpieza, ni papel.
