Construction work going on in hotel that did not disturb us but we were not aware the work was being carried out until after booking and payment was made.
There was also a lack of facilities due to the upgrades but we did find other venues to eat and drink in town.
Despite these minor issues we did enjoy our stay and loved the pool."

"We enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay."

"The hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out."

"Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab.
The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably."

GGuest UserDon't use the showerhead directly, or the bathroom will turn into a pond. The service really needs improvement. They'll overcharge you if you don't check your bill. I booked two rooms for three nights through Trip.com, but they kept saying they couldn't find my reservation. On the first day, they said they couldn't find the third day's booking. On the second day, they said they only found one room's reservation. Since I booked separately, I had to reactivate my key card every day. The power in the room would cut out and come back on automatically, and the curtains would open and close suddenly, which really scared me. The room cleaning time varied each day, and they'd often forget to replenish water or take a very long time. Plus, no one answered the phone.

GGuest UserThis trip to Perth, I stayed in three hotels in total, and this one for 5 days was my favorite and offered the best value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it felt spacious. The staff were very polite. Initially, I thought they only provided two bottles of water daily, but then I found a card in the bathroom stating that guests could refill water on the first floor! We just didn't notice it earlier. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby, and some beautiful buildings too. Plus, the free Red Cat bus to the city center is conveniently close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The rooms are average, but it's perfect for a quick layover or rest if you have early morning or late night flights. There are also many gas stations nearby, making it convenient if you're renting a car.

DDorrrThe hotel has a bread maker and a great environment. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

Hotel location is walkable to hay street cbd. 3mins away got bus stop for red cat bus, to the left of hotel got sterling park and old court. There's 2 halal food options close to hay street that we always go to (qin lanzhou noodle & patty wheck)

PPrashikhaI’ve stayed in fair few budget and mid-range hostels, and overall, Cable Beach Backpackers has a really good vibe.
The Good Stuff:
• Its a perfect Location. Literally walking distance to Cable Beach, restaurants, and bars. There’s also a bus stop right outside that heads into town every 20 minutes, which was a lifesaver.
• The staff are so welcoming and easy to chat with. The little on-site bar has great prices, and the outdoor area is awesome—heaps of undercover seating and a brilliant hammock zone. The kitchen is also massive with plenty of room to cook and store your food.
• Having good Wi-Fi was amazing, especially since mobile network coverage can be pretty patchy around the area.
• I felt completely safe the entire time. I never worried about my personal safety or my belongings, which is always a huge relief when backpacking.
The Not-So-Good Stuff (Just being honest):
• I was in a 4-person dorm. It’s pretty basic (two bunks and a clothes rack) and felt super cramped once everyone brought their bags in. The biggest issue was airflow. The window wouldn’t open, so even with the ceiling fan and two portable fans blasting, it got really stuffy and stinky. The only way to get fresh air was leaving the main door wide open. While I felt safe enough to do this, it’s still not ideal for privacy or keeping the bugs out. Putting flyscreens on the doors could fix this!
• I didn't see any lockers in the room for safely locking away small valuables. If they do have them and I just missed them, it would be great to have them highlighted at check-in, otherwise adding some would be a great upgrade.
• There are noise restrictions after 10 PM, but people were still talking loudly, playing music and making noise late into the night every evening. Also, a lot of guests didn't clean up after themselves, so the shared tables and bathrooms were pretty messy a lot of the time. People also ignored the designated smoking areas.
Overall, the location, Wi-Fi, and staff are top-notch, and it feels like a very safe spot to stay. I know you get what you pay for but it could still do with a little bit of a reno and better upkeep to stop the shared spaces from getting messy.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite good. There's a 'Cat Bus' stop right outside, and it's not far from the Mint. You can also walk to the pier and the Swan Bells, which is perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also great; they held our luggage and even emailed us when our room was ready after cleaning. Highly recommend!

There are 2 cards one for elevator and room which is inconvenient especially after long and unpleasant check in the card didnt work and we had to go back and luckily the concierge who helped was more friendlier and helpful compared to the lady at check in

WWYMCHENGSpent 3 nights at this hotel for a friends trip we were in a 3 bedroom villa. Lovely room, large with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Housekeeping was done daily and to high standards. Would have liked more toiletries replenished on the second day, because of the sprawling estate calling for housekeeping takes a while for things to be delivered. Breakfast is plentiful lots of variety. Cooked to order eggs did take took long. Overall a lovely stay, special thanks to Adelaide for making our dinner special!
