Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

La chambre n' était pas complètement prête. Il n'y avait pas de sofa, un grand espace dans le salon était libre. Ils n'y avait pas de serviettes, papier de toilette, ni les petits produits qu' ils donnent normalement à la chambre. J' ai dû demander le tout à la réception. C' est comme si la chambre n' était pas terminée d'être nettoyée.

This hotel is in immediate need of reinvestment. It was built in the 50's and it looks like in the rooms that was the last time any money was spent. You have a small in the window air conditioner unit. The two night stand lights did not work. The safe did not work. The hair dryer did not work but the front desk provided a new one. The bathroom sink was stained or dirty. To flush the toilet you have to stand there and hold the flipper down until the toilet completes flushing. The ironing board had been bent at some time in its history so it sloped down went set up. There was no elevator so you carry your belongings up an old metal outside staircase to the second floor. This hotel is in an excellent location and the exterior looks wonderful. But I would recommend that you stay elesewhere.

首先是酒店的地理位置很好，門口的主幹道前後幾個街區都有不少吃飯的餐廳選擇，步行到大學的各個地方逛一逛也很近。其次是酒店大堂雖然不大，但設定了很多舒適的沙發，佈置得挺温馨的，我去的時候正好是模聯比賽期間，各國選手都在那裡熱烈的討論，大廳裏還貼心的有一台電腦，我看到經常有人在使用，確實有時是很需要的。房間雖然不算大，但也並不侷促，定了一間大床房，床挺舒適的，不知道我沒有感覺需要倒時差是床的功勞嗎😏房間裏有一張長條書桌，正好方便我每天晚上處理一些工作的事情，沙發邊有一個暖氣櫃，其貌不揚，但是很實用，在這個下雪的日子裏，需要洗的小件物品我會擰乾後放在上面烘一下，第二天就幹了，換衣服前烘一下，穿上去還暖暖的😄算不算被我解鎖了新的功能。服務也剛剛好，不會打擾我，不會過分熱情，但是有需要的時候，都能及時給予幫助，每天也定時打掃房間、換毛巾等（之前看到有些評論説國外酒店入住後不是每天提供這些服務的）

It’s a nice hotel to stay with near the school. Clean and neat with all necessities available. It is always my first choice !

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

雖然這間房間舊舊的 但如果睡覺來說是還不錯的 他的地理位子挺偏的 周邊沒有什麼店家 但好處是很安靜感覺很好不會被其他聲音打擾

Great location , nice facilities. Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast but if they can add more salad or fruits corner would be great for everyone.

Delightful Inn. Quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Some parking spaces are under cover - very helpful on a snowy night for us. Friendly staff. Will return again. Close to West Harford.
