Overall a nice hotel, for location, conditions and service. Receptionist could be more friendly though.

Will come again for sure. Great location, fantastic room and especially bathroom. Good offer and excellent service.

Adequate. Clean but tired brown decor was a bit depressing & could do with a refresh.. Didn't order breakfast but was overpriced compared to lovely place I stayed in the night before. (Only stayed here as had to extend stay in Lodz & everywhere else booked out with a rock concert in town). Night reception was helpful when bedside lamps didn't work. Wouldn't bother returning.

Geen restaurant... En een lift zou ook handig zijn, maar verder oké... parkeren kan voor het hotel op straat (je weet maar nooit of je een plekje vindt), maar het is gratis.

Polecam hotel osobom niezdecydowanym, znajduje się trochę na uboczu, ale w dalszym ciągu blisko Manufaktury. Hotel jest nowy, piękny i bardzo czysty. Zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek. Pokój był duży, bardzo ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie i kawa bardzo dobre. 

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Świetny , nowoczesny hotel , pyszne jedzenie i bardzo dobra lokalizacja ☺️

Wygodny parking, super lokalizacja, czysto, spokojnie. Różnorodne śniadanie. Polecam. Jedynie wjazd do bramy jeszcze lepiej oznakowany , bo było kółeczko.

Musze powiedzieć że ja i moja rodzina jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu😊 obsluga i pokuj klasa światowa👏 czysto i ładnie a śniadanie pyszne i duży wybór jest wszystko każdego zadowoli👌👍 Polecam Hotel 💯👍
