Het hotel is prima en het personeel is behulpzaam. De kamers zijn schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige kleine minpuntje is het stopcontact bij de balie.

Uitstekend, bleef een nacht langer dan gepland.
De rundvleestartaar en de eendenborst waren erg goed.
Topservice van al het personeel. Het huishoudpersoneel was ook uitstekend. Persoonlijk geen fan van de liften waarvoor je keycard nodig is om te werken. Maar uiteraard zijn de meeste hotels nu hierop overgestapt. Misschien is het om u aan te moedigen vaker de trap te gebruiken?
Als in de badkamer het licht is ingeschakeld, moet het spiegellicht, dat door de bewegingssensor wordt geactiveerd, ook altijd aan blijven. Een beetje vreemd dat je tijdens het douchen moet zwaaien om het spiegellicht weer aan te doen.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Geen bijzonder hotel maar wel prima. Wellness is aanwezig maar niet gebruikt, zag er wel goed uit. Bedden hebben spiraal matrassen en voelen wat hard maar sliepen wel goed. Ontbijt was netjes en ruim opgezet. Locatie is goede uitvalsbasis om naar Auschwitz’s te gaan.

Достаточно неплохой отель. Понравился ресторан. Мы брали люкс, нас все удовлетворило. Есть проблема в SPA: 1) работает только с 16 вечера.. 2) отель продаёт абонементы для доступа в свой SPA местным «аборигенам», которые живут в соседнем городке. Поэтому вечером людей там очень много, которые не умеют себя нормально вести. Вообщем вы спокойного отдыха в SPA не ждите!

Location: it’s around 700m walk from a tram station, takes a while to get to city centre. There’s a bus station that is just next to the hotel for going to the airport. Room is okay spacious. Kettle and coffee etc, WiFi, hangers, TV provided. No hair dryer/ fridge. WiFi connection is quite weak tho. Hygiene is okay.

Dit is de derde keer dat ik hier ben. De eerste twee dagen van ons verblijf was het WiFi-netwerk kapot. Nadat we het een paar keer bij de receptie gemeld hadden, verbeterde het enigszins. Andere diensten zijn nog steeds even goed als voorheen. Op regenachtige dagen kunt u een paraplu lenen. Er zijn een Aldi en een grote Carrefour in de buurt. Er stoppen ook veel trams bij dit winkelcentrum. Ook het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd.

SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the room was very clean (which is a credit the the cleaning staff they do a wonderful job) the bathroom was very clean and a good size, hand soap and shower gel is provided..
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would happily return on future visits.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out.
I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025.
The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive.
Highly recommended for location and experience.

GGuest UserCheck-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

GGuest UserComfy bed, fast wifi, good service. There’s a tablet in the room that controls everything, which is my favourite. The TV support youtube and is very large. Free hot drinks from coffee machine. Only downside is that the room is a bit small.

DDe Pronto A BordoThe location is excellent and the staff are quite attentive. The beds are generally quite basic. In fact, mine broke when I tried to get up (room 103). Luckily, there was no problem getting another room for the last night. But in that very room, one of the two beds also had a missing slat from the bed frame (room 204). That's when I discovered that the shared bathrooms are super different depending on the block of rooms you're assigned. There's quite a lot of noise in the hallways, and the hot water runs out quickly during peak hours.
Although it's called an ”Aparthotel,” there are no cooking facilities or a fridge to keep things cool. Only instant coffee and tea ***** at reception (and this is free).
Overall, it's fine for the location if you're going on excursions or leaving early for the airport, but it's not excellent in terms of quality.

AAnonymous UserB&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.

BBridie Aliceabsolutely lovely room. I loved that we had some kitchen amenities like a sink and stove. It was right in the centre of town. Bed was comfy, I think it was lovely! Right opposite a huge shopping centre too!
