I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

De plek ziet er goed uit, veel bomen, frisse lucht en schone ruimte die een familie van vier past. Maar met een geweldige plaats komt de grote wandeling op en neer de trappen .....hahahaha niet voor de oude leeftijd Lolos' en lolas' die nauwelijks kunnen lopen. Maar over het algemeen hebben we ons 22 uur verblijf genoten. Bedankt voor de korting vouchers ook Trip.com

Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do! The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!

Ik wilde even de tijd nemen om mijn oprechte waardering uit te spreken voor de geweldige ervaring die ik heb gehad tijdens mijn recente verblijf in uw hotel. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam tot de dag van mijn vertrek, was ik diep onder de indruk van het serviceniveau en de aandacht voor detail die door uw personeel werd geboden. Eerst en vooral verliep het incheckproces naadloos en efficiënt. Het personeel bij de receptie begroette me met een warme glimlach en zorgde ervoor dat ik me meteen welkom voelde. De kamer zelf was kraaknet en prachtig ingericht. Het comfortabele bed, het luxe beddengoed en de goed ontworpen indeling creëerden een werkelijk ontspannen en plezierige omgeving. Ik waardeerde vooral de kleine details, zoals de gratis toiletartikelen en de goed gevulde minibar. Ten slotte mag ik niet vergeten de gunstige ligging van uw hotel te vermelden. Omdat ik centraal gelegen was, kon ik gemakkelijk de stad verkennen en nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden bezoeken, zonder enige moeite. Het was een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor mijn reis. Over het algemeen overtrof mijn ervaring in uw hotel in alle opzichten mijn verwachtingen. Ik zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en onvergetelijk verblijf. Nogmaals bedankt voor het verstrekken van succes

We had a great stay at this hotel after we had our family reunion on their sky lounge. The breakfast options was less than other hotels but the taste was good. The amenities were also okay and the pool was big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back.

De locatie is goed. De kamer is schoon. Het ontbijtbuffet is ook goed. Ik heb 2 superior kamers geboekt voor een overnachting op 6 tot 7 mei. We zijn 2 incidenten tegengekomen die plaatsvonden toen we al in diepe slaap waren, omdat we van een lange reis kwamen en erg moe waren, maar gestoord waren toen een hotelpersoneel bij ons aanklopte deur rond 12.30 uur en vroeg ons of we mineraalwater bestelden, wat we nooit hebben gedaan. En het andere incident gebeurde in de kamer van mijn broer, waar ze al sliepen, maar gestoord werden door een telefoontje van de receptie rond 01.00 uur met de mededeling of ze gasten/bezoekers verwachtten omdat er bezoekers in de lobby zijn, maar mijn broer niet. verwacht geen gasten. Het was onze eerste keer dat we in dit hotel verbleven en we verwachtten een goede en correcte service, maar helaas hebben we dit soort incidenten meegemaakt. We hebben ook problemen ondervonden in 1 superior kamer, waarbij de tv wazig is en de airconditioning niet koud is. Ze veranderen de kamer in 1 eenpersoonsbed en voegen gewoon een bed op de vloer toe, wat voor ons een downgrade is.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

i love the view from the 6th floor room though the steps are quite challenging :) they also allow pet which is great though the only concern i had was that they charged me 2K PHP for additional fee on top of the pet cleaning fee per day (which is not part of the fine print) which is kind of weird honestly. they should manage guests of the fees that they will eventually charge for the pets at the onset. apart from this, i dont have any concerns with the property - staff are friendly and location is great!
