J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre ville de Montpellier et proche de la gare. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable. La chambre était bien équipée.

Goed basis hotel. Verzorgd. Weinig in de buurt en dus savonds niet veel te doen. Wij hadden wel slechte wifi die maar geen verbinding wou maken. Voor de rest aanrader als tussenstop.

We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

Het hotel is gelegen in het kasteel van Carcasson, naast de kerk, het mooie milieu, is een historische Burghotel. Onze zakelijke autonavigatie is een beetje ongelijk, parkeerde op de rivierparkeerplaats, wandelde naar het hotel, en het hotel sleepte de bagage naar het hotel met een kleine auto. Het zwembad is niet geopend en de burgemeester kan morgenochtend lopen. De hotelgarden is zeer heerlijk. Het ontbijt is om tien uur af. Het is een beetje te vroeg voor het vakantiehotel. Het diner moet worden geboekt. We hebben geen voortijdige geboekte boeking om buiten te eten. Het hotel heeft een restaurant aan de zijkant aanbevolen, vijf minuten lopen, de gerechten waren verrassend en zelfs twee maaltijden. Het huiskamersapparaat, een grote bed en een 80-meters single bed, we hebben vier personen, het hotel heeft ons gratis een single bed toegevoegd. De badkamers zijn allemaal lekker, het water is erg groot, de kamer is warm genoeg, het verblijf is zeer comfortabel en is zeer geschikt voor een vakantie in de familie. Het hotelpersoneel is erg warm en het kasteel is ook heerlijk.

Few mins walk from train station and easy to get to the city center by foot or metro. The hotel interior is a bit old/dated but spacious. There is small but nice gym for those who want to stay active while traveling.
