Just an overnight stay, but surely a very relaxing and restful one. Very good service, very nice and cozy lobby. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Maybe a mini-fridge to keep water fresh during warm days would be necessary. Also, a bit disappointed of the closure of the rooftop bar due to weather, while there wasn't any actual concern related to this.

Prachtig hotel in het centrum van Reims, op loopafstand van de kathedraal. Onlangs gerenoveerd. Ruime kamers, mooi en gebruiksvriendelijk design. Zeer schoon. Fijne spa, bar en restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel.

Positief: Ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Decoratie voor Kerstmis is erg leuk en vooral in de ontvangst- en eetruimte. Negatief: Prijs-prestatieverhouding voor tweepersoonskamers is veel te duur (weekends tijdens kerstmarkten) in vergelijking met de gebruikelijke prijs. Aan de voorzijde van het hotel staat de kamerprijs vermeld op € 89 (last minute) en ongeveer € 120 standaard. In het t****e weekend van december werd echter een bedrag van € 250,- per kamer in rekening gebracht. De kamers waren echter standaard zonder speciale voorzieningen. Verder geen koelkast, geen flesopener ondanks de mineraalwaterfles met deksel, geen douchegel en vooral geen informatie over het hotelaanbod zoals openingstijden sauna etc. De slogan van het hotel over hun kamers ”Elke kamer is anders dan de andere” kan hier in negatieve zin worden gezien in vergelijking met de betaalde prijs.

Tout était très bien. Nous avons passé une nuit, pour plus, quelques rangements de plus seraient bien venus. Nous avons un peu tourné en rond pour y arriver, le gps ne nous a pas donné la route jusqu’au parking. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuné très bien servi.

A good place to stop on the way back to the UK from the Alps. A great location on the centre with a secure car park a few mins walk away. Friendly staff. We visited with a dog and felt welcomed. Breakfast was good with nice coffee and juices. Would recommend.

I understand that this is a backpacker's hotel for an overnight stay, so I expect that the hotel will be near the highway and understand that I need to walk on the dark road for about 1km to get there, but at least, they need to let the guest enter the lobby first. I arrived at the hotel at around midnight, the receptionist was away, nobody was at the desk and the work was outsourced to somebody working remotely with the intercom at the front of the building. The hotel implemented a new checking system using a check-in machine, which will need a code in the confirmation email. However, the code was nowhere to be found wherever in the trip.com app or the confirmation email of mine. More frustratingly, the reception clerk had a very strong French accent in his English, so we couldn't understand each other clearly. In the end, a kind gentleman went down smoking and helped me communicate with them in French, solving my issue. If he wasn't there, I would probably have got locked outside for the night. This is unbelievable. This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm writing to tell other international tourists to stay away from this place, if you can't solve these issues like me.

2 personen 1 handdoek ondanks verzoek. Ontbijt niet vers. warme yoghurt. Geen zout eten bij het ontbijt op zondagochtend. Gebrek aan hygiëne voor brood. Iedereen raakt het aan, zodat ze het kunnen snijden. Slaapkamer met bed met uitzicht op het raam en een balkon. Iedereen geniet van het uitzicht op de kamer. Geen airconditioning, het was erg warm maar onmogelijk om het raam te openen, mensen gingen het balkon op. Jammer dat de groene buitenomgeving mooi is. Zeer teleurgesteld.

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het mooie centrum. Heerlijke bedden. Uitgebreid heerlijk ontbijt! Mooi gebouw. Je kan je auto parkeren voor 3 euro per dag in nabij gelegen parkeergarage.
