Hotels met Wifi in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan

"Mijn bestelling is voor twee volwassenen en één kind, en het kind is acht jaar oud. Het hotel zei dat acht jaar oud als volwassene moest worden geteld, dus voor de vijf nachten betaalden we ook voor drie volwassenen. Bij het inchecken verzamelde het personeel ook drie van onze paspoorten voor registratie. Toen ik de kamer binnenkwam, besefte ik dat het twee bedden bleken te zijn plus een tweepersoonsbed. De kamer zelf was niet klein van formaat het was nog onmogelijker om de grote, middelgrote en kleine bedden te scheiden. De koffer is open. Zelfs mijn grootste 29-inch model kan hem nergens openen, behalve bij de deur. Omdat we twee volwassenen en één kind zijn, vertelde ik het hotel dat, aangezien de kamer te smal was en de kinderen bij ons zouden slapen, ik graag zou willen dat ze het extra bed weghaalden, en hun personeel regelde het snel voor me. Met uitzondering van de eerste incheckdag, waar handdoeken en flessen water voor drie personen zijn, zijn alle benodigdheden op de daaropvolgende dagen slechts voor twee personen. We meldden ook aan het hotelpersoneel op de t****e en derde nacht dat we met z'n drieën waren, dus waarom was er elke dag maar ruimte voor twee personen? nooit meer elke dag gebeurd. Het arrangement is inclusief handdoeken voor drie personen, flessen water etc. Het hotel vroeg ons om voor drie personen te betalen. We betaalden altijd voor drie personen, maar behalve de eerste dag waren de overige dagen slechts voor twee personen. Dus waarom rekende je voor drie personen? Het hotel vond dat het achtjarige kind al volwassen was, dus vroeg het ons om voor drie personen te betalen. Wat betreft benodigdheden en water werd ons echter slechts voor twee personen verstrekt was geen correctie voor twee nachten. Het voelde alsof het hotel de kinderen niet respecteerde. Is het waar? ! ! Het rapport werd twee nachten niet gecorrigeerd en we waren te lui om het de komende twee nachten te vertellen. Toen ik uitcheckte, zei ik tegen hun personeel: ik rapporteer alleen aan jullie. We haastten ons naar het vliegveld en plotseling bracht het personeel een vertaler en vroeg ons nog een keer te spreken. Ik vond het grappig... Op andere aspecten zijn de locatie en faciliteiten (met massagestoelen) eigenlijk heel goed, en ze reageren heel snel op e-mails. Maar wat de service betreft, er is nog ruimte voor discussie!"

"It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time."

"Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries."

"Let's start with the pros. This hotel is basically joined to the JR Kyushu Shinkasen / Kagoshimachuo station which is joined to the AMU Plaza shopping mall and it also has a tram stop right outside the mall (Kagoshima-chuo eki mae tram stop). So in terms of location I think this hotel ticks all the boxes. The lady at the front counter who was checking me was very friendly, however, we both had to use a translator to communicate 😂 . I believe that is it for the pros. Moving on to the cons. This hotel is starting to show its age (and not in a good way). The room was small, the bathroom is vintage, it felt dewy and it gave me an allergy attack. The 3 gripes I had: 1) The fix AC near the ceiling was blowing directly onto the bed which was really uncomfortable. I believe this contributed to my allergy flare-up. 2) The bed and the pillow was not very comfortable. I did not sleep well for the couple of nights. Or it could've just been the AC. 3) The hotel didn't offer any bottled waters. I would rather they take away the cheap plastic toothbrush and comb and offer the bottled waters instead."

"Very good location. And close to train station No need to pass the road and use tunnel to walk pass When hungry and can't sleep can go B1 restaurant to eat dinner or supper My room view very good , can see the skyscraper"

"Amazing hotel in Kagoshima, the room window is directly facing the Sakurajima volcano. Mesmerising to look at it for sunrise and sunset. The hot spring spa is also great, and the restaurants are also super good quality. Highly recommended."

"De locatie ligt zeer dicht bij het busstation en het tramstation van de luchthaven. Er zijn veel restaurants, cafés, buurtwinkels en winkelcentra in de buurt. Het is erg handig om te eten en te winkelen. Het hotel beschikt over een zelfbedieningsbagageopslag en een kleine badkamer. Wat ik het meest op prijs stel, is dat de kamer licht is en dezelfde LG-wasdroger heeft! ! Je kunt de buitenste laag verwijderen om te genieten van de smaak van geroosterd vlees."

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The service was exceptional. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, no matter what it was, and they were consistently super kind, polite, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about the guests. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!"

"A new hotel with excellent location. It’s just next to the shopping streets with lots of restaurants & souvenir shops. Got amenities such as bath salt, tea bags, drip coffee & cleansing oil/ lotion at hotel lobby for you to pick up. The restaurant where you take breakfast commands a stunning panoramic view. Will stay here again."
