因為本來想住一個房型，
但明明是空着不讓我住。
服務員三番兩次的開口騙人説我訂的房型已經不滿了（衹能住他們給的房間），
booking和攜程上面都有顯示空房。
絕了。
酒店總體還是ok的，
設計在線，
蘇黎世中心。
早餐一般，
如果沒有帶可以不用。

Stayed at the hotel for five nights. We had an excellent time. We highly recommend the food at the hotel. The staff we extremely friendly and professional. Location is excellent. Highly recommend it

Customer service goes above and beyond. The hotel has a great blend between contemporary and Old World. Awesome breakfast!

I had an amazing stay at Widder. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, breakfast is delicious and the bar is unbelievable. I also would like to thanks all the staff for the warm welcome I received and concierge desk for the kind advices. I'll definitely come back

This is very nice Hotel, If I could rate this hotel 6 stars, I would. Incredible staff, exceptional service and beautiful rooms. I would like to especially thank Joyce for accommodating us at the last moment and Anina, the Front Office Manager for ensuring our stay was excellent

Started and ended our Switzerland trip here and it was the perfect way to be introduced to the country. We rented a car for a week to drive through the countryside and received the vehicle here which the staff was kind enough to facilitate. The rooms were full of character and felt historic in a cool kind of way. Breakfast was great and everything about the hotel was positive. The staff even helped us translate with our driver back to the airport to fly home as it was confusing for him to find the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience. Strongly recommend.
