浴室太小了，別的都挺好。特別是房間的木質傢俱很温馨。

goed ontvangen, mooi hotel ,verbouwing ernaast. een beetje hinder, de kamer was wat klein , klassiek ingericht en oud, de kamer die we hadden. enkele trapjes in de kamer, wat soms moeilijk is. het ontbijt was een klein buffetstijl, geen eieren op aanvraag er was geen kok voor het ontbijt.

Concierge helped us with bags, train tickets, finding lost handbag, getting taxi service to train, everything perfect.

Centrally located in Zurich a block behind opera house. Friendly reception staff. Rooms large for a city break and clean.

Disappointed that when we arrived Friday evening we were unable to use the bar or the restaurant as it was closed for a private event!! The man in charge was very unhelpful even rude just saying it was closed for a private event !! I asked where should we go and he just shrugged his shoulders!
Ended up next door in the ambassador hotel mush better and spent my money there instead of our hotel !

Basically a very functional and centrally positioned hotel. It includes a good restaurant, and nice breakfast room. All light and quiet. Our room was ordinary, we missed a coffe machine especially. Very good bed! But the real premium is the personell, especially at the reception. They were the most helpful and assisting. Made our day!

This hotel was in a great location within walking distance of many of the locations my wife and I wanted to go: The Odeon, Kronenhalle, the Lake, and Fraumunster Church. The room was spacious and the bed was large by European standards. My wife and I enjoyed the interesting decor around the hotel including fun dog portraits and a nice chandelier in the room. We also really enjoyed the scent of the soap at the hotel. For as good as the hotel was, the manager Jan really stood out and we both really enjoyed multiple conversations with him. There is little doubt that we would stay here again if we were to ever pass through Zurich, which I hope we do.

Really nice hotel. Great breakfast and I had dinner one night in the restaurant, Max & Otto’s, which was terrific! So convenient and near everything. I would stay here again.

Great little boutique hotel with all the finer details on point! Excellent location within walking distance to all the major sights. Very comfortable, clean rooms with cozy beds and luxurious bathroom amenities. If mobility is an issue be advised that our room had a rather large stair required to access the bathroom. Front desk staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
