5 stars the concierge was incredible the valet butlers also top class
Got us in best restaurant same night
Friendly clean etc
only issue was the pavilion friend and I were both staying in hotel asked for a table they said only bar available 7 tables were empty the entire time we ate the caviar on the bar wasn’t great experience
That’s what made hotel great not excellent
