the reception manager was nice and friendly, giving us chocolates and helping me configure my cell phone connections.. better take trams at train station because walk uphill is quite challenging. the hotel is close to university and the observation platform for view of the city. 前台经理很友善，给我们巧克力解乏并帮着调手机WIFI连接。如果有Swiss pass，最好在火车站坐电车去酒店。貌似很近但是上坡累人。酒店近大学和观景台，可俯瞰城市

I wouldn’t imagine someone else living there again being the victim of this man’s poor manners and deep scorn to customers have been fully recorded.

We got ROBBED!!
We found there were €100 and USD 300 missing from a wallet in one of our backpacks.
This was during the room cleaning. And sadly, all we got in return was a “we’re very sorry”. So far, that’s the only response we had from the management.
We hope to have an answer from TRIP.COM
BE VERY CAREFUL.

房間雖然不大，但還是比較乾淨，在瑞士自由行一個月，在蘇黎世就住在他們家，前後住了三次，酒店位置特別好，門口就是6路10路公交車站，兩站路就是蘇黎世火車總站，走路去火車總站也衹有幾分鐘，去蘇黎世大學也是幾分鐘，10路乘到底就是機場，早餐品種不少，公共區域放了燙衣板，總之我們非常喜歡，特別推薦給大家

就在公車站正對面 有公車到鬧區 買一日票四處逛很方便 蘇黎世理工大學就在附近
