設施：設施都很完備
衞生：衞生條件好，床上用品都挺乾淨，衞生間也乾淨
環境：房型很大，住起來很舒適，採光也好
服務：前台服務態度很好

我們去住的時候差不多下午3點半左右，剛到房間就能聞到一股味道，因為我們是三個人定的親子房有一個床單是破的還有一個上面有頭髮，我們第一時間就跟店家聯繫了，讓阿姨來換，差不多5分鐘阿姨來了，給了我們床單讓我們自己換理由是他忙，我們來淄博是來玩的本來叫上號的燒烤也沒吃上，房間裏的淋浴的拖鞋也不知道多久沒刷了上面都是灰，晚上回來房間沒有抽紙讓前台送一下他讓我們下去自己拿，對了房間裏面沒有放一次性拖鞋，選擇來這家的親們還是需要慎重考慮！！！！！

衞生條件很差 床單枕套全是奇奇怪怪的黑色污漬 空調很臟感覺從來沒洗過
沒有一次性拖鞋 拖鞋發黃還有疑似人體皮屑的東西
隔音很差 隔壁説話聽得一清二楚 靠馬路室外聲音更大

提前下午給店家打了電話，確定房間正常房源充足，凌晨到店住下，發現進房間大門是壞的不能鎖門，找了店主，店主説因為電池壞了，這一晚上衹能這樣別鎖門睡，或者給我退錢讓我換旅館。態度極度不耐煩。可知道我這個房間是提前兩週預訂，並且當時凌晨我還帶着孩子，換旅館根本不可能，衹能將就守着一個沒鎖的旅館門呆了一夜。旅館環境整個也是一個大無語。第一次去淄博，網上都説淄博熱情好客，待人實誠，當然不能衹因為一家店一個人拉低整體淄博。但也確實給整體旅行降低了體驗感！

房間設施齊全，乾淨無煙味，內有電梯不用擔心行李問題，超級方便。窗外風景很好，停車公交出行都很便利，賓館工作人員性格超好，讓人感到很親切，周圍還有很多小吃店，離網紅打卡地也很近，是來淄博旅遊住宿的不二之選，推薦👍👍👍
