1.前台車女士很漂亮 服務很到位 及時處理問題並解決 發票開的也很及時 客房打掃房間及時看得出是經過培訓的
2.請服務行業人員保持微笑見到顧客主動問好
3.房間沒有異味但是牆面 玻璃 桌面洗漱台需要整改
4.沙發套記得及時更換 還有被子裏面的污漬如果清洗不掉請立即更換 否則時間長接觸的客人多 再加上被子都在一起清洗很容易引發嚴重的細菌感染
5.顧客再聯繫平台客服 有客服打電話給酒店前台 前台一定要做好避免顧客聽到會引起誤會
6.請看好預訂的房間時間 提前放好洗漱用品 提前詢問客人是否需要叫醒服務
7.退房服務酒店可以考慮能延遲兩點 晚間可安排客房值班人員

房間很乾凈，就是衞生間能乾濕分離就更好了！停車方便，自駕遊首選。旁邊還有一個食品超市，特別方便。性價比很高。

開門進去就聞到一種怪怪的味道，房間顯得非常擁擠，房間的隔音也不是怎麼好，讓人搞不懂的是，入住當天晚上23點59分之前退房就能免費，然而，第二天必須在12點退房，就非常的不人性化了。

前台服務好，房間乾淨整潔，十二點退房，十一點會温馨提醒，續住方便，酒店對面是長途汽車站，周圍早餐豐富，有sm廣場，遊購娛一站式。

淄川住了一夜，離公交車站特別近，去蒲松齡故居很方便，房間沒窗户但是沒異味，也挺乾淨，這個價格很不錯了。

我是個有潔癖的人。比較挑剔。這次入住感覺還不錯。房床單被罩都很乾凈，毛巾浴巾也沒有什麼異味。房間也很温暖。外面冰天雪地屋裡暖和就讓人有家的感覺。

位置好找，門口有停車場。房間很大，裝修比較老了，空調像拖拉機，開起來嚇一跳，衞生間沒有擋水圈和浴簾，洗完澡地上都是水。淄博燒烤還是不錯的。
