What I liked All my good impressions of the hotel dissolved for the reasons listed below. What I didn't like 1) The administrator (10.11.2022 at 09:35) refused to issue a document confirming accommodation in the room. She said that if you want to get a document, do not book in Ostrovok.ru, but book only with them directly. It was critical for me because I had a working trip. 2) suite (No. 11) with jacuzzi in which I was accommodated. In fact, this is not a jacuzzi, which implies the presence of hydromassage in fact turned out to be just a bathform for a jacuzzi. At the same time, water barely comes from the showerhead, splashes in all directions due to clogging. I do not recommend
