Fairfield by Marriott Zhuhai

The hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. We had not originally planned to overnight in Zhuhai, but due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we needed to find a hotel for Saturday night. As a family with two young children, we were specifically looking for a hotel that provided baby beds. Unfortunately, when we called over 10 different hotels, most either did not offer baby beds or were situated too far from the city center. We were pleased to learn from the hotel's front desk that they could provide two baby beds for our stay. We went ahead and booked our room online after confirming this. Upon arrival around 8 PM, the customer service representative, Fiona, was very helpful in explaining everything and even upgraded our room to a family suite with a kid-friendly theme. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating, and the room service attendant was thoughtful enough to bring us additional water bottles, recognizing my children may need extra for preparing formula and other necessities. The free parking was also very convenient for our family driving up from Hong Kong. Additionally, there were plenty of good dining options in the nearby vicinity. Overall, it was a very positive hotel experience that met our family's needs.

Very spacious room with sufficient amenities provided with the hotel. There is a work space at the lobby with battery charger available as well.

This hotel is very clean. Comfortable beds. Very good sound proof of the room. It was my father birthday and they surprised him with room decoration and a big birthday cake! Really awesome! We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast, good selections and the food were really good!

I was surprised by this hotel! The decor is new and clean. The rooms are very spacious. The shower was great as it was big and the water pressure was also very good. Breakfast was really good too with a great selections. The location is also perfect and there are many restaurants to try in the close proximity. This hotel is a great bang for bucks!

The location of the hotel is convenient. The room was a little small but it was clean. However the toiletries were a bit lacking. Only the bare necessities are provided and the shampoo was a two in one conditioner shampoo.

Our Stay was wonderful throughout my 3 days stay Food was great, they had Chinese and Western food ranges Staff were very friendly and would like to mention Vicky, As we were foreign travellers, she gave us a warm welcome and provided proactive assistance. Very much satisfied with the stay.
