以下説的每一個字，都是幫之後的人避雷
基本不給差評，包容心也比較強，但他家忍不了
這家店很偏僻，門口很難找，晚上店招都沒有，找半天找不到，前台服務特別糟糕，給我安排的房間漏水發黴，房間還有蟑螂，開燈直接看到在床上爬來爬去，和前台反饋，前台説你愛住不住？洗漱池是裂開的，空調聲音特別大，服務員態度很有意思，不滿意？行那給你換房，大晚上一兩點我們入住，他房給我們換了三四間，還都是有問題的房間，賣給客人的房間不提前查房嗎？反覆換房折騰我們？那真是用心極差，而且這麼大問題是裝作看不見？走廊一股腳臭味，也聞不到？薰死個人，從沒住過這麼差的酒店，這個品牌已經差成這樣了，前台態度也特別差，寫得我想再去投訴一下，令人生氣

我是廣州美豪酒店的常客，到珠海誤以為珠海的美豪在軟硬件和服務方面都和廣州一致，所以毫不猶豫的選擇了珠海美豪酒店。但是讓我沒有想到的是，這家酒店軟硬件非常差，裝修風格也陳舊。更加讓人氣憤的是半夜我在洗手間門背後發現一條女人內褲。由於是半夜，我並沒有及時投訴，而是在中午退房的時候和前台提了一下，並且要一個處理結果。這麼讓人瞠目結舌的事情，我並沒有提出一丁點要求就離開了。但是他們的一位男性經理在隨後給我的來電中卻懷疑這件事情的真實性，而沒有想到一丁點兒的道歉和整改，這簡直就是對客人的侮辱。當代中國，改革開放的前沿城市，這樣的酒店這樣的管理人員，怎麼能夠生存？
旅客選擇很多，希望大家不要再去這家酒店入住，意想不到的噁心和極端的衞生問題，大家要遠離。

衞生：一般，我兩大男人都短頭髮的，衞生間有好條長髮，所以搞衞生的，自己想象吧
設施：作為一間平時（不是週末）差不多400的酒店，衞生間用的紙巾都是很一般的（擦後會粘屁股的那種）很難接受，還有就是就是酒店大堂一股黴黴的味道
服務：早餐和服務還行
整體感覺不是很值

衞生：很差，浴室摺頁拉簾發黴，地上污漬灰塵嚴重，玻璃上杯子上還有毛巾屑
設施：沒有浴袍，冰箱空，等於白擺設。
服務：打電話提出拿浴袍或者睡衣，被告知已取消此項服務，提出質疑才説要找下，稍等。
環境：早餐期間居然停電，跳閘3次，也是第一次見。最後早餐也是草草了事，隨便吃點。早餐時間快要結束，也沒有修好。
總結：本以為美豪麗致是連鎖，住過2家店體驗感都還是不錯的，沒想到珠海這家這樣，下次不會選這家了，哎😑

衞生：非常差，洗漱台的堵水塞下面超級臟，全都是棉絮，頭髮……超級噁心，因為水一直流不下去，我就打開一看……我……畫面非常不適🤮
環境：晚上八九點樓⬆️還在裝修打鑽，投訴到前台，前台許久才處理完畢，但是一整晚樓上椅子拉來拉去，也真是服了，吵了一整晚，我是湖南開車到珠海，帶孩子去長隆，然後都沒睡好，再也不會去了，隔音超級差，非常差！
房間額外要求加了一床被子，客房服務員男的送過來，讓我們自己套的，説是不幫換被套……第一次碰到這種處理問題的，優秀
