地理位置很好，出了碼頭抬頭一看就能看到，非常近，老闆也很熱情。
唯一不足就是自來水是黃色的，而且洗澡的時候水會一冷一熱，床有點硬，隔音也不是特別好，不過晚上都很安靜，總體還是好的

一進房間一股廁所的尿臊味，還有蜘蛛網，店家掙着錢良心不痛，小400的房間，糟心，對了，空調漏水直接滴床上，我衹好拿個碗接。就是招待所的檔次，在東福山島便宜一百多的名宿比它強多了，至少乾淨整潔。島上名宿不少，不要選這家。

房東人很好，住宿位置離碼頭近，方便入住衞生:比較乾淨設施:比較齊全
服務:服務比較好，有不清楚的可以諮詢房東，還可以帶你去買巡邏車的票

沒有窗户不透氣，洗澡龍頭不是很給力，空調製冷效果挺給力的，浴巾和毛巾是一次性這個還是挺不錯的，酒店好找，出了碼頭就是

住宿就在碼頭邊上，下船就能看見，超級方便。住的地方房間就能看見海景，老闆超級熱情！！！可以讓房東叔叔推薦一下附近的景點，住宿也有吃的可以點，晚上和朋友在露台聊天很舒服～

海景房這樣的價格也算便宜了，乾淨清爽，就是洗漱用品準備得不夠全面，位置不錯，出了碼頭走幾步就到了，但是服務質量確實有待進一步提升。總的來説，一分錢，一分貨。老闆的生意經還要多念念！
