The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach.
The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children.
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service.
I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet, room is clean, bed is comfy, tv has news channel broadcast in English, the lobby boy is attentive and helping out our luggages in and out, bottle water in the room are refillable, breakfast has a great selection of Chinese cuisine, western section was ok. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant, the food are delicious, only was confused by the rice and congee serving portion.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Just be aware that the outdoor pool is only open during a very short time period in the year. The indoor pool is however very nice.

Great hotel for a holiday. The hotel is very big and have beach access. Didn’t leave our villa much and staff were great.
