What you see is what you get. Generally friendly staff, conveniently located near railway station in the central part of Zhengzhou city.

Executive room is much more better than the discount room. Clean and nice. Just beside zhengzhou railway station. I missed the train due to estimated wrongly the time from hotel to the zhengzhou east. The metro station is not so near as mentioned. I carry the luggage walk around 30min to the metro station. I will suggest just take the car to the zhengzhou east if needed.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in process was smooth and quick ! I even was upgraded 👍 All amenities were provided in the room. Price and service were excellent for this type of hotel. Nothing to complain about and my room was just renovated and so was the floor !

Not clean and room condition is old. Not look like what photo shows. But v close to train station. But after one night, i changed hotel.

前台説給我提升剛裝修好的房間，窗外沒舍景色。房間乾淨，乾濕分離，沒提供地巾。電視網絡差強人意，經常卡頓。房間沒3合1咖啡，得向前台要求提供。早餐中規中矩，男服務員工作態度非常認真，服務熱情有禮，值得表揚！

來鄭州出差，第一次入住珊瑚酒店，前台小温服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決（這點非常值得誇讚）酒店近火車站交通方便，房間寬敞明亮，衞生整潔，床鋪舒適，加上前台的熱情服務，真是令人倍感温馨。整體環境温馨幽靜，還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑設施，令我倍感放鬆。總結下來出門在外安靜的環境和好的睡眠是值得誇讚的。會選擇常入住

酒店位置是真好，走路7分鐘就是地鐵站，房間應該是裝修過的，衞生很好，水龍頭擦的都很亮。前台服務真的沒話説，特別是小徐。還沒到都提前打電話，到的時候人很多還優先給我們安排，真的很贊！什麼時候去都是有問必答，真的是讓我們在外地感受到了家的温暖。距離景點也很近出行也很方便、推薦！

服務熱情，特別是前台小徐、帶孩子家人過來還特別幫忙安排了親子房，孩子特別喜歡裏面的佈置和娃娃，到店時還介紹了我們看了酒店的餐廳，給了我們85折扣券，要不是趕車一定要體驗一下。還有套餐裏的牛奶孩子也很喜歡。房間也很乾凈 寬敞！服務也很好！總之很熱情，下次來還會入住！

一家老小訂了親子房，從進門一刻起處處驚喜！房間超級大，孩子很喜歡高低床，設施非常齊全，還有小朋友的玩具，帳篷，非常可愛！親子出遊不二之選。另外，前台的服務人員也非常禮貌專業，為帥氣的小哥哥點贊！
