Stayed for 3 nights. Requested a change to a room with bigger desk but with similar layout eventually. Awesome breakfast spread

Everything was awesome except for some small issues. Their staff was polite but their knowledge in understanding English was low. Overall it's amazing

The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve found 2 out of 2 rooms not cleaned with long woman hair around the carpets. Merry Christmas Sheraton 👍👍👍

The experience was wonderful and the service, top notch. This is the best deal I have ever had for a hotel, it included breakfast and dinner and even a light lunch, i don't know if such a deal is available all the time or its only a once in a while thing.The hotel staff were really nice and professional, i'd say all our expectations were met except for the swimming pool that was closed throughout the duration of our stay

Breakfast was ok, variety acceptable, dinner buffet not so good, food quality poor and service from the chefs non existent,
Check out a little frustrating English wasn’t strong but I can understand however with basic conversations on deposits return etc it should be better in

非常滿意。上次住這裡是2017年的事情了，一如既往的不錯，服務態度好，早餐很豐盛，設施也不錯，必須好評，尤其是賓客服務sally女士，從入住前就主動聯繫，幫助辦理中午延時退房，非常貼心周到，希望酒店能夠表揚
