酒店規模較大，位置極佳，周邊生活便利，超市、商場、餐飲等齊全;有專用地下車庫，入住時登記車號，使得出入便利。早餐有特色，有捲餅等。

房間整潔，服務熱情，有早餐，有地下停車場。附近有不少飯店，價格合理。柞水是個山區縣，縣城還不錯，自駕遊的朋友找酒店一定要找停車方便的。

房間乾淨衞生，設施新，早歺挺好吃，有陝南的涼粉味道很爽。找這個酒店有點難，百度必須設定東信酒店地下停車場才能找到。

前台服務到位，發現房間有異味，馬上調整升級了房間，服務員幫忙拿行李，給她們點贊。早餐還不錯。五樓有一家餐廳也很有當地特色。特別提醒，停車可導航致酒店地下停車場（負一層），再坐電梯上一層前台。

去牛背樑玩，晚上住在柞水縣城，這個酒店地理位置很棒，樓下就是夜市，超市和很多吃飯的飯店，離河邊也很近，散步很方便。
酒店很乾凈，對於有點潔癖的我每次出門選酒店最注重的就是衞生，本來對酒店沒有太多期望，但是進了房間以後真的很乾凈，水龍頭擦的一點水漬都沒有，沙發，床品也很乾凈沒有油污，非常推薦的一家酒店，比民宿乾淨多了。酒店房間有地暖，温度很舒適，穿個短袖就可以了，我們帶着寶寶還給我們升級了房間，強烈推薦去牛背樑玩的晚上不要住民宿，住柞水縣城，晚上還能逛下夜市。

地理位置適中，環境乾淨衞生，每層樓有專人打掃收拾！11至14樓住宿，周圍環山，風景盡收眼底！柞水縣城也不太大，下樓吃的喝的、步行街都在附近，挺方便！早餐儘管樣式不多，但乾淨衞生、夠吃！住了兩天，樣式還有變化！唯一想説的就是：一是地下車庫好找，酒店大廳在巷子裏不太好找；二是作為縣城的酒店，230左右就可以了！以上個人感受，僅供參考！

續住一晚，玩了溶洞和牛背樑，酒店性價比很高，值得推薦給自駕遊的客人，地下車庫有點小，但是國慶期間酒店住客還是夠用的，車庫入口有點考驗技術，其他都很好。

設施：設施齊全，一次性馬桶套免費使用
衞生：比較乾淨
環境：酒店在高層，視野比較好，可以看到山，恰逢下雨，看到雲霧繚繞的，很美；另外，酒店還在洗漱台拐角處放了防撞貼，這對帶孩子的我來説很貼心。
服務：服務挺好
