Hotel is well situated, with shopping centre connected to it. Access to restaurants, convenient stores and key sightseeing (30min walk or 5-8min bus).
Hotel has laundry room which was great, but no fridge, wth!
Staff are generally very helpful,especially the cleaning ladies.
Overall 4/5.

住了那麼多地方，
衹有維也納酒店最讓我滿意，
服務態度沒得話説，
進門到出門，
到處都是微笑問候，
設施設備更不在話下
一流的體驗一流的硬件
衞生工作費了很多心思
環境優雅 一看就是管理到位的好酒店
下次旅遊我一定還選擇維也納
賓至如歸的感受我一定再來體驗

超級温馨，乾淨衞生的房，這次是過來考試的，親子房很滿意，太適合小朋友了，孩子喜歡，家長放心，而且這家店前台小姐姐超好笑容，服務很好，非常的nice.下次來玩還會選擇這裏，距離七星巖也很近，在房間能看到湖景哦😄

千萬別來這一家酒店，除非你實在找不到酒店住了，理由有很多。1.入住時剛進大堂就是一股怪味或者是煙味，更別提電梯內也是了；2.選的湖景大床房，房間特別簡陋，有圖片，很難想象三四百多的房間，牀頭櫃是個比地板高點的木板凳？牆邊的桌子竟然沒有椅子，是打算讓人站立使用它嗎？更離譜的是入口處竟然有台階？3.看到這樣的房間我們立刻提着行李到前台要求換房，前台還是樂意換的，然後平淡的解釋到房型就剩兩間了，而且還都是這樣的佈局，按我的理解，很難想象正常的酒店會讓顧客住到這樣的房間，哪怕我們是最後入住的，你剩下這樣的房型，還敢讓顧客住進去，是隨機抽獎幸運顧客或者好欺負的顧客嗎？（題外話:畢竟是維也納酒店，我就沒關注評價啥的，換房後我去看了下過往這家酒店的評價，差評的基本都很中肯）4.換成了湖景雙床房後，一個枕頭有令人害怕的紅色印記，一個枕頭有破洞，牆上有不明生黴跡，浴室的門，浴室的牆會透水；5.我們提着行李，先上樓入住，再回到前台換房，再上樓入住，本來已經很累的人，入住還要被這樣折騰，然後也沒有任何補償，彷彿你隨機到差的房間就是你倒黴，酒店沒有任何過錯，沒遇見過這種房不行服務更沒有的連鎖酒店，連鎖酒店好像不在意自己的品牌名譽，讓人不禁聯想到別的維也納酒店會不會也是這樣低水準

酒店的位置十分優越，周圍交通便利，出行很方便。房間的視野很好，可以欣賞到美麗的風景。此外，酒店的餐飲也非常不錯，種類豐富，味道可口。強烈推薦給大家！

朋友推薦的，還是品牌酒店品質有保證有一些，我們下午到店，一進大堂就有維也納供應的茉莉花茶，喝杯茶神清氣爽，入住辦理也非常快，房間設計很別緻，天花上面是星空幕，讓人很放鬆。

這家酒店真的太優秀了！房間非常舒適，床品和毛巾都很乾凈。酒店的工作人員非常熱情，總是能及時滿足我的需求。而且，酒店的早餐非常豐富，種類繁多，味道也很好。
