This is basically not a hotel, but a private apar**ent block where this 'hotel' owns some units. Works the same way as Airbnb. No hotel front desk, nobody stationed on site. You need to have WeChat mobile apps to communicate with them effectively (not sure about voice call as I used WeChat). Enter room through digital password send through WeChat, room service arranged through WeChat. They are very responsive on WeChat, round the clock. Very cheap rate compare to a hotel, so should not have too high expectation. Room located just above a big shopping mall so quite convenient for food and shopping. Overall happy with my stay there.

停車方便，入住很快，窗外風景挺好，房間也比較舒適，設施齊全，寬敞明亮，關鍵是假期價格還很實惠，值得下次再訂。

我們住了一週多 體驗感很一般 特別是客服的態度 中途換了一次房因為燈的問題 但發現還是有煙頭 客服也沒有想要解決問題的意思 衹是説是阿姨沒有打掃乾淨 最後還是沒有換房間 燈後面第二次修好了但還是有點閃亮的問題 也懶得再修了 因為行程安排本來還想着續訂 後面續訂了6-7天好像 突然漲價（不是工作日） 沒有任何原因 跟房東溝通以原來的價格續訂也不願意 能理解價格漲價或許可能是公寓內部的原因吧 但是感覺客服在溝通上並沒有做的很好 打掃衞生的阿姨人還挺好的 中間交流過幾次 總而言之這一次入住的體驗感不好 希望以後有所改善
