We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

這次五月末全家旅遊，看了草原天路後晚上選擇在張家口市休息，看了攜程評分，這家酒店是很高的，就定了這家。開始有點不愉快，因為行李多，門口沒有服務人員，沒人引導停車和提供行李車。找了前台等了一會兒才解決。前台瞭解我們兩間不同房型，專門安排了很近的兩間，感謝！
入住後感到了酒店的熱情周到，客房條件不錯，設施很好。客房服務更好，特別是張杏池管家，除了迎賓水果，梨水，還專門給孩子做了芒果奶酪，當時忙着收拾忘拍了。細心做了入住介紹，讓我們需要什麼幫助隨時可以找她們。
可以負責任的推薦這家酒店，除了住的舒服，餐飲是真的值得一説，早餐很豐盛，孩子吃得好開心。酒店自己的幾個餐廳就能基本滿足你的需要。因為早餐有點類似粵式，我們選了日式餐廳吃晚餐，不錯。酒店有粵式，越式，日式，中式餐廳。入住時間長的，都可以試試。

這是一家不斷讓我驚喜的酒店。
第一彈：一進大堂就看到一封感謝信，正能量滿滿。
第二彈：接下來房間升級，贈送梨汁和水果，前台和客房的服務人員很熱情。
第三彈：晚餐在一層越南風味餐廳很有異國情調，院外散步看到户外燒烤和樂隊演出，羊肉串是現場穿的，大堂有鋼琴演奏。
第四彈：房間乾淨，枕頭舒服，花灑水量大，門和窗户隔音，窗簾隔光。
第五彈：早餐本想吃個雞蛋喝口熱湯，沒想到把我驚艷了，餐廳裝修時尚顏色明快，菜品有張家口風味、廣東早茶以及一些西餐，菜品豐富，味道不錯，服務人員不多，但井然有序。
第六彈：中午本來延至兩點，但有事耽擱回來時略晚，前台服務員説別著急，沒事，晚個10分8分沒關係，瞬間對酒店的好感又多了幾分。
總之，這是一家值得再去的酒店。

早餐還是不錯，房間衞生不是很好淋浴器上還有水漬，桌子上有黃色的葯粉，空調製冷不是很涼快，前台及時送來啦冷風機服務還是不錯的，冰箱裏的飲料是需要收費的不太好而且冰箱也沒有打開。茶葉包也需要收費。電視比較老舊不能觀看，都是一些老的電視頻道建議優化一下。

迄今為止最滿意的一次住店。服務人員非常熱情，素質很高。酒店有完備的健身房，器械與商業健身房基本一樣。本人喜愛健身，所以很看中這點。沒有時間游泳，但看了一眼泳池感覺很不錯。房間乾淨整齊，空間很大，各種地毯傢俱也都很新。酒店裡還有早餐與3-4個不同風味的餐廳，大廳晚上會有一位女士彈鋼琴，整體氛圍真的很贊。結合價格，感覺是我住過性價比最高的酒店之一。繼續保持哈！

ps：健身房那天看到了一位帶孩子的男子，應該中年了，穿着長袖一開始以為可能是新手，結果上來就80kg卧推😂respect！

酒店檔次很高，名副其實的五星級酒店。房間設施齊全，房間及床鋪被褥很乾凈、舒適，提供的洗浴物品、紙巾、衞生紙等品質也非常棒！前台和客房服務也非常到位，特別是客服部的張副經理簡直太貼心了，有求必應，親自領我們去參觀了酒店的總統套房，把我們送到餐廳，還給我們升級了房間並送來可口的水果、酸奶和梨湯，太感動了！我們本來計劃住一晚，由於有張經理及她帶領的班組這樣熱情周到的服務，感覺太舒服了，果斷又續住一晚。

房間設計非常大，床也超級大，入住體驗超級好，每天還會有酸奶零食之類的小吃，保潔阿姨服務態度超級好，還能游泳健身，總之這次的酒店入住體驗超級爽！！！！對了，酒店裡麪還有餐飲，張家口的夜市跟飯店也很不賴，張家口很好下次還來

這次一家人出行， 住張家口國際大酒店，體驗較好：
酒店古色古香，門面、大廳、走廊都非常大氣。周邊多為寫字樓，與公園相鄰，酒店內乾淨整潔、比較肅靜。房間是舊式酒店的裝修，但大床房空間寬敞，還有浴缸、冰箱，晚上還會給房間派送水果、酸奶、小餅乾。
酒店有四個餐廳：中式餐廳、越式餐廳、日本料理、點粵德茶餐廳。去的時候正好趕上酒店的一個啤酒節，晚上在酒店門前的小廣場還有露天燒烤。
第一天入住，晚餐品嚐了一樓的越舍餐廳，環境很好，四個人花費了370元，冬陰功湯做的味道不錯。
早餐在二樓，有粵式早茶、內蒙早茶、西式麪包蛋糕等等，還有一些其他的比如煎餅、雲吞等，菜品比富，服務員也很熱情，會主動幫助有需要的客人，比如給孕婦送個靠背之類的。
因為在旅途期間有家人過生日，在酒店的中式餐廳定了一個生日宴，餐廳佈置得很有創意，我們非常喜歡，能看出來酒店很用心，根據客人姓名賦的藏頭詩打在電視上、餐巾紙上，甚至是喝的酸奶上，後面上蛋糕環節還有個小互動，菜品味道也比較合口。回到房間還意外發現房間內也有佈置生日快樂蠟燭和鮮花，還贈送了裝好相框的照片。
尤其客房乾淨衞生，窗明幾凈，服務周到細緻，深感賓至如歸。
總體非常滿意，服務超級五星好評。還會考慮再來的。

十年老店，服務一流。緊鄰高鐵站，出行方便，附近有人民公園、張家口博物館、張家口圖書館、張家口地質博物館。住店可以免費在酒店內游泳，早餐自助餐品種豐富：水果、麪包、炒菜、煎餅、餛飩、湯麪、雜糧、奶茶、羊湯、感覺得有50+的選擇？酒店內隔音好，房間大，衞生好，服務好，特別是高經理、胡大姐，貼心細緻的服務，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，每天贈送小吃，水果，水果撈。
