This is really beautiful hotel, ski in ski out hotel, safe for ski resort, the staffs really really taking care of their guests, my stayed is included ski ticket for 2, and so surprised that the hotel free upgraded my room to ski view. The service is absolutely excellent. It’s free shuttle bus from Chongli train station to the hotel, Aranya & courtyard by Marriott is same company both also under Marriott. I would stay here for ski again next year.

來阿那亞滑雪住萬怡真不錯。
最主要的優勢還是離雪場近。滑完了把裝備免費寄存就回房間休息了。滑完了還來得及能回房間沖個澡。配套設施也不錯，有泳池，桑拿，娛樂室，瑜伽室，健身房，大堂吧也很漂亮。自助早餐我覺得挺好，西式糕點麪包很好吃，果汁沙拉水果也很新鮮，中式的皮蛋粥和現煮的米粉麪條羊雜湯也不錯，反正足夠我吃飽吃好了。

服務和衞生離五星差太多了，第一次房間1600+，去都説的很清楚了，還把我和同伴安排在不同樓，打電話要求換房間，説是沒有了，最後因為房間問題竟然又在同伴那個樓裏“變出來”房間了。第二次住到第三天，中午回去沒打掃房間，要求打掃之後，連掃地都沒掃，泡沫水印還在地上。要不是去雪場方便，真不會去住。

衞生:房間很乾凈，很整潔，特別好~
環境:環境挺好的，可以看見雪場院，晚上夜景也很漂亮
服務:服務很周到，前台Nancy很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，辛苦了～
設施:房間設施很完善，熱水沒問題，兩個衞生間互不影響，還有免費贈送的飲料、啤酒、礦泉水，老闆大氣~
餐廳精美自助餐：餐廳窗外就是雪場，景色很下飯！甜點很好吃，牛排煎的也到位，一點不糊弄~甜品區的小姐姐服務周到，煎牛排的師傅百問不厭！👍
大堂吧：小哥帥氣温柔，耐心講解～
很棒的一次體驗，下次還來

非常好，乾淨，舒適，服務人員熱情專業，房間很美很出片兒～
房間温度也很適宜，喜歡涼快一點的可以選陰面，喜歡暖和的可以選陽面，一般來説，雪景房更暖和～所有房間都有浴缸，好評～
早餐的羊雜湯和粉好吃～正月十五還有手抓餅和湯圓，很贊～
雪場也特別好，人少，道也不是特別嚇人～大堂吧非常出片～

房間下午三點入住 等到四點才被通知入住 想住個樓層高一點兒的房間被告知目前衹有一間房可住 高峯期 服務態度非常好送了早餐券 房間空調衹能保持室温20度左右 叫電暖器衹送來一個説是衹有一個了 浴缸一放水就漏水 所有的服務員態度都很好就是硬件和管理希望提升一下 別浪費了核心競爭力

環境：總體來説還不錯
服務：因為説過年做衞生的阿姨已經忙得熱火朝天，辛苦，辛苦態度非常好，
服務個人建議前台辦理入住人員可以換成行政服裝傳休閑服，感覺會不太像高端酒店
設施：滑雪設備場地方便齊全，價格也很合理

由於春節假期，下午5點房間還沒有出來
房間還可以，主要還是這個酒店的雪場適合孩子，人也相對少，適合初學者和小朋友
酒店旁邊餐飲也還不錯，因為也是阿那亞管理的，網紅的餐飲也都有，就是目前還沒有全部營業

除了房間準備的水，在電梯旁還有瓶裝水任取用，很方便，房間沒有潤膚露提供，這在現在的酒店裡是很少見的。早餐菜品有些單調，麪包類不錯，咖啡很香，雪場內的酒店，親子滑雪特別方便，人少適合練活兒，雪場人員認真負責，親子很放心。有高鐵站接送大巴，方便。
