房間非常好，很大，裝修豪華，很新，應該是國家森林公園最好的酒店了，洲際的確不錯。服務很好，服務小哥歐雷很周到，給規劃張家界國家森林公園路線，其他問題也一一解答。前台丹丹很耐心，並給升級了房間，很滿意。下次來一定還會入住。（比天門山的希爾頓歡朋酒店好很多）

此次張家界旅遊選擇納百利酒店感覺非常棒！不僅環境好，而且五一假期人多也處處能夠感覺到酒店的優質服務，特別感謝禮賓部胡榮，熱情周到，幫忙規劃路線，利用休息時間我們遇到困難時也專程幫助，給張家界之行留下非常好的印象！下次也會推薦朋友來這住！

行政酒廊早餐的桌布臟的驚人不?連住幾天沒一張是乾淨的[Angel]酒店客房阿姨態度都不錯，但是你們酒店管理沒管理好，好評沒發打。

和隊友春節來張家界玩，看了小紅書做了攻略定了這家，地理位置不錯～離武陵源景區挺近的，旁邊還有魅力湘西的演出，謝謝褚婧小姐姐幫我們免費升級了行政大床房，服務還是很不錯的～

酒店很好，房间也OK，酒店直接帮我們几间房都升级到套房，这个值得点赞,一大家人一起出遊，大家感覺好好，酒店一樓餐廳的西餐味道好正，牛排，披薩，炒飯，吵粉，等等，西瓜汁好好喝，唯一不足的是，服務有缺点，用餐那天就我們一台，找服務員好難，員工都在吧台，需要什麼的，都要自己出去吧台找她們，遗憾的是我们套餐都有下午餐点，由于时间问题赶高铁，提前一天跟酒店，餐厅沟通过，打包我们的餐点带走,出發前还跟前台催过，出发前还是没有准备好我们的餐点，最后我我们都没有享用到你们酒店的下午餐，对于一個有星級酒店，明显酒店管理有问题，

I arrived very early and was allowed to check in hours early, which was incredibly helpful after a long journey. I was also upgraded to a nicer room. The room was large and had everything you needed. The location is very convenient for the East Gate of the National Park, which is only 3 minutes away by didi. The only downside is it’s quite far away from the larger city which has more food options and is where the airport/train station and some of the other tourist attractions are (Tianmen mountain). The breakfast buffet was ok, and had some western options. I also ate room service a few times, as options nearby are limited. The noodles were very nice but the burger was not. The staff were very helpful, especially Kiki and Sniper.
