Jiuqi Zhangjiajie Yunqin Boutique Inn (National Forest Park Wulingyuan Biaozhimen)

Woonde in kamer 288 van 18-04-24 tot 21-04-24. Dit hotel heeft slechts één pluspunt: locatie. Al het andere is verschrikkelijk en de reden hiervoor is de luiheid van het personeel, omdat... alles kan gewassen en gerepareerd worden. - Erg vies: zwarte schimmel in de douche en wastafel, vuile spiegels, vuile wastafel, slechte schoonmaak, handdoeken niet verschoond - Problemen met water: tijdens het wassen is het heet of scherp koud - De kamer is erg vochtig, de airconditioner werkt niet om de kamer te verwarmen en te drogen - De muren zijn vuil, er is geen kast, alleen een heel oude ladekast waarvan de laden niet opengaan. De kamer heeft renovatie nodig. - Het is erg luidruchtig, ze laten je niet slapen van 6 uur 's ochtends tot laat in de avond. Lawaai zowel binnen als buiten onder het raam. - De weg voor het hotel wordt gerepareerd, taxi's kunnen niet arriveren - De ramen zijn erg vies, je kunt er niet doorheen kijken...

Een zeer goede B&B. De eigenares is zeer gastvrij. Het huis is schoon en netjes met gevoel voor design. De kamers zijn relatief groot en kostenbesparend. Je kunt zien dat de eigenares zeer attent is op de B&B. Ze is nauwgezet en attent. Ze installeerde zelfs warm water toen ze wegging.

We are very satisfied with the room, good quality, clean and nice. Very close to the east gate of national park and grand canyon, 800meters fron wulingyuan bus station. The owner is very helpful she translate everything and help us organize 3-day trip, buy tickets through her also help save some money. We really recommend, foreigner-friendly.

I'd give more stars if I could!! The girl in reception was extremely helpful and helped me plan my three days there with a map. She translated all the important info and sent it to my wechat too. She was very nice and I felt very welcomed :) also the hotel was very clean and the shower was really big. The location was great too, only 5 mins to the national park and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. I recommend it 100% if you're going to this area :)

The owner is very supportive and friendly. She let us check in early and upgraded the room for us. The location is great. Very near to the entrance gate and street food. (The owner cannot speak English but we manage to communicate via wechat app translation which is quite convenient!)

Good hotel good room for the price! The owner and the front desk are super friendly and helpful. They have self-designed map for guests and recommended the tour routes for each day if you need - very thoughtful and easy to follow. The location is just a few minutes away from the Wulinyuan entrance! The room is clean and equipped well for the basic needs - good for 100yuan ish. We actually extended our stay at this hotel. They also allowed us to do an early check in at 9am (this may only be available during non-busy season). We also stored our luggage after checkout. If you are looking for a budge room in zhangjiajie, I recommend you consider this one!

Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from park entrance. The staff does not speak English but with Google Translate you can figure out a lot. They gave me great advice for how to plan my hikes around the park! And are generally very friendly. The room is beautiful. The bathroom is a bit smelly but as long as you keep the door closed that's not much of a problem. It has an open shower situation, so everything gets wet. Wifi didn't work for me. The walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbors you'll hear them very clearly.

I had an excellent stay at the inn. The location was great, 10min walk to Wulingyuan Bus Station and a 10min walk to the Wulingyuan entrance to the National Park. Food available directly around accommodation. Room was clean. Staff was excellent, answered all of my questions and were very helpful in helping plan my days out. Would highly recommend.
