1 Milieu: De perifere omgeving is slecht, overal wordt gebouwd, het is allemaal stof, de weg is hobbelig en er zijn geen straatverlichting, wat een beetje eng is
2. De kamer is zeer gemiddeld. De ketels zijn kapot. Het geluidsisolerende effect van de kamer is erg slecht. Ik voel geen Zen-gevoel. De enige mogelijkheid is om een beetje Zen te voelen. Het is gewoon een hal die er een beetje Zen-achtig uitziet, maar het is slechts een decoratie!
3 Ik had niet het gevoel dat er enige service was, dus het moet een mama-en-popwinkel zijn! Het ontbijt is ook eenvoudig en heeft geen keuze.
4. De kamer is erg vochtig. Er wordt gezegd dat dit in het regenseizoen in alle bergachtige gebieden zo is, maar in andere hotels is het helemaal niet vochtig!
In vergelijking met vergelijkbare hotels is de prijs te hoog en niet aan te raden!

Great management. The owners are super kind and helpful, they even gave us a map and explained how to get around the park.
Public spaces could benefit from a bit more deeper cleaning, but overall conditions are acceptable.

It's a beautiful place.to stop. The hostess upgraded our room category for free, it was very pleasant, the room was clean, bright and large. Also, the hostess was always ready to help us and she kindly told us how best to take a walk in the Avatar mountains. I was given a wonderful gift that I kept for a long memory

We stayed for two nights to enjoyed the wonders of Zhangjiajie Natural Park. The hotel is really nice, the staff very kind and helpful. 100% recommended!

This hotel was in a very good location for what we were looking to do tourist-wise. The hosts were very accommodating and tried hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible - for which we are very grateful!
The rooms were minimalistic but perfectly comfortable and quite relaxing. The surrounding area is quaint and cultural with plenty of options food-wise if you’re adventurous and like Chinese cuisine!
All in all we were impressed with the level of service considering the remote location - we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the mountains etc!

The hotel located at a small town which is really comfortable.
The staff and the people who manage the hotel is really friendly and treat us really well. She even manage to help us book attractions ticket and assist us in everything

Our family stayed 3 nights while we visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff was very helpful with advice on where to eat and suggested daily routes for the very large park. Because we were a family of 5, the staff proactively upgraded our room to a large one, which made our stay even better.

Excellent location to explore Zhangjiajie National Park, Baofeng Lake, Huanglong Caves and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Also very close to many restaurants.

Staff was super nice and helpful, they helped us a lot with organizing our trip. Anyways, we didn’t like breakfast because it only contained noodles and it was always cold on the first floor where we ate breakfast because there were no doors and it was January.
