房間漂亮，很大很新，小朋友很喜歡，路過住了一晚，小朋友捨不得離開，下次要多住幾晚，老闆很熱情，服務好，早餐好吃，

酒店外觀設計漂亮，裏面是新中式風格，感覺很温馨。房間裏面乾淨整潔，床墊舒適，帶全屋智能。可能現在是淡季，所以價格也很實惠，算是物超所值了。

位置差: 離主要景區較遠，所處環境晚上沒路燈。
老闆差: 多問一句都嫌煩，問房間有沒排氣扇，沒好氣地回答“有窗裝排氣扇幹什麼，浪費電嗎？”感覺客人差她錢似的；早餐多一個4歲寶寶還要收15元。
服務差，擔心停電還不讓用電梯，衞生一般，床單隨意到處扔。
性價比低: 老闆喜歡搗鼓攜程價格，今天360每晚，明天220每晚。
住這樣的民宿會影響旅遊心情。

因為我定的是特惠房間，在暑假這個時候還能訂到這樣的好房間真的非常棒，家人們沖吧，唯一的缺點就是偏遠一點，但我是自駕的不影響，如果你們是自由行的話呢，可能就要滴滴出行了，但他這個環境真的很棒，晚上還可以坐在那裡喝杯東西，

一家三口人自駕去的張家界，在這住了三天，老闆人很好 很熱情 服務很周到，早餐很豐盛 老闆每天都問我們早餐想吃什麼，按照我們的口味準備早餐，住宿環境乾淨衞生 我的感覺就是太讚了，我們每天玩的挺晚回去，老闆都是提前給開好空調，推薦大家住這家民宿。

1.位置比較偏，在鄉下工業園區，離景區市區都比較遠，出行不便，西站打車過來60的樣子吧，來的時候打車的司機説這個地方太早的話，車都不太好叫。
2.攜程上定的是有延遲退房到14點多，13點多的時候男老闆就在房間外面喊什麼12點你們就該退房還不出來影響我們打掃，搞的挺影響心情的。
3.房間外面是養雞場，一大早上雞叫還有工業園區機器施工的聲音，特別吵。
4.房間裏的廁紙都是兩卷別人用剩下的殘餘，沒有準備新的。
5.樓下的裝修門頭很有感覺，走的時候女老闆還提出幫提行李挺好的，要不是這個原因可能我都給不到三顆星。
6.總體來説性價比挺低得，這個價位無早餐，早上也比較吵，住宿體驗挺差的，來張家界旅遊的選這裏體驗會比較差，因為這裏不佔地理位置優勢，民宿修的挺有意思但是周邊環境太差了，房間的話最普通的這個一般吧，同等價位這樣不如定酒店了，或者去更靠近景區的民宿。
