It was a very pleasant stay - it’s a small, homely hotel with simple but charming rooms in a relaxed atmosphere. The owners are friendly and helpful. And speak English (!). He provided me a map of the park and, since I hadn’t concrete plans on my own, proposed a good, fitting route and explained it well. The location is very close to the park entrance, in walking distance to the bus station, has several food options nearby and is in a quiet side street but easy to find.

It was great luck we stayed in the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and pleasant.
And the main value are the hosts (owners). They are always eager to help you about any your necessity. They provide perfect information about sightseeing, transport and restaurants.
There is no lift, so for some guests it may be inconvenient to get to the 4th floor.

1、房間乾淨、安靜、寬敞、物美價廉。
2、吃飯方便。門口50米就有七個缽子，我去吃了4頓，拿房卡還打88折，味道不錯，小炒肉39元，米飯3元/人管飽，價廉物美菜量大。
3、老闆非常熱心。我第一天晚上12點多才到，老闆一直等我。後來快到達賓館時，車子剮蹭到牆了，我打電話找老闆來幫忙，他馬上過來幫我指揮脱困。後面的停車也是老闆指揮的。民宿這邊路窄，車位少，自駕來的朋友一定要提前聯繫老闆哦。
旅途中的門票也是老闆幫忙買的，便宜了不少。我在武陵源待了3天，買了森林公園門票和無限乘坐的的索道，475元，官方價521元。做後索道和百龍天梯我坐了8次，值回票價。
4、清明節來張家界，沒下雨，但是一直陰天，山上都是大霧，沒怎麼看到風景，看到的也霧濛濛的，這是此行的最大遺憾了。老闆説晴天時很漂亮，那就下次找個晴天再來一次吧。

衞生：整體來看，衞生一般，廁所比較乾淨，地面和傢俱都還挺乾淨，就是在枕頭上看到陳舊的血漬，可能是個別現象，希望以後能多注意這方面。不過這個價位也是可以理解的。
設施：整體還算不錯，陳設都挺好的，住的也挺安靜的，房間也還不錯。缺點是沒有電梯，不過店家人挺好的，會主動幫忙提行李，問題不大。
環境：位置挺好的，離景區大門不遠，酒店內環境也挺滿意的。
服務：老闆很熱情，服務很好，必須贊一個！

房間整潔明亮，老闆服務態度很好，非常耐心為遊客講解旅遊景點及遊玩路線。每次打電話諮詢問題，都及時回覆，不厭其煩的解答，我們非常滿意。

房間雖小 五臟俱全 床都有電熱毯 可以打開預熱 空調威力略顯不足 不過有電熱毯的加持也算可以 老闆和老闆娘比較熱情 會提供遊覽線路 有不懂的可以諮詢老闆 主要是離武陵源東門標誌門很近 每天下來腳斷的節奏 能步行回民宿是很幸福的事情

房間乾淨，佈置有特色。還為我免費升級房間。
服務態度非常好，老闆接站，提行李。為我規劃了武陵源2天的旅遊路，線合理，非常便捷。
如果衞生間能夠乾濕分離，更好！

房間很乾凈，訂的是山景房，窗口外就是山腳。客棧老闆娘非常熱情，幫忙個性化計劃行程，感覺都不用做攻略了，拎包入住就可以了。住的時候是12月尾，房間裏沒有中央供暖，有制熱空調跟電熱毯。最終評價，性價比很高，老闆娘棒棒

客棧老闆很熱情，入住之前就會提供入住指引和門票代訂服務（門票索道風代訂還有優惠，入住的話可以提前讓老闆幫忙預訂），房間的話因為去的時候是淡季，所以很安靜。唯一的美中不足就是廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗浴之後半夜起來上廁所要注意防滑。還有幾家合作的餐館可以打折，推薦老灶台，味道老好，張家界幾天吃到最好吃的
