Hotels bij Phoenix Mountain Scenic Area, Zhangjiagang

I often stay in this hotel near an industrial park where I have some business. This is a great option to avoid a 30-minute drive to downtown Zhangjiagang, where costs are higher. The hotel is very clean and the beds are super-duper comfy. The front office staff consistently exudes charm and approachability. There is gated free parking behind the hotel, and there are many small local restaurants. My only issue with this hotel is that sometimes the smell of cigarrets is present in the rooms. Even if you have a non-smoking room, you may get smoke through the shared AC ducts, and that is not cool. In any case, this hotel offers deals that are hard to refuse, with all things said and done.

Het hotel beschikt over handig vervoer en gratis parkeergelegenheid. Het balkon van de kamer met uitzicht op het meer heeft een prachtige omgeving, schoon, netjes, ruim en licht. Het personeel is proactief en enthousiast en de bediening is attent. Het ontbijtbuffet is compleet en gevarieerd en heeft lokale kenmerken. De lunch en het diner kunnen à la carte of als buffet worden besteld. Tijdens deze periode ging ik naar Xiangshan Park en Shazhou Park om van het herfstlandschap te genieten. Het is erg handig om daarheen te rijden.

In room AC wasn't working at all. It was super hot inside the room and hotel staff couldn't do anything. All together stay wasn't comfortable because of this.

It is located on the 9th floor. The lobby area looks nice, the staff was ok. The breakfast was not bad but they did not write the names of the dishes, I do not eat everything, so for me it was critical. My room was clean but the view out of the window was horrible! Also, it took time to heat up the room with AC. Overall, the hotel is not bad, located on the pedestrian street, but close to the road, within the walking distance to the main attractions and big shopping mall.

明前是吃刀魚的最佳時節，江陰上次來過了，這次就挑了隔壁的張家港。房間是預約時，自動升級的。我的房間號是816，不知道是不是升過級的高級豪華雙床房。 優點： 1. 性價比高到極致，含雙早，自動升級房型和下午2:00延遲退房。 2. 酒店是去年新建的，所以智能化程度很高，房間看上去挑高亮堂，舒服。所有房間都能看到江景。 3. 服務好。 4. 酒店離香山風景區、雙山島輪渡和中駿廣場都很近。 可以改進的地方，主要是硬件： 1. 最大的問題是沒有小冰箱，想喝點冷的，房間裏不行。 2. 房間的花灑壓力不夠，沒法近身沖水。而且由於裏面沒有任何置物空間，自己很喜歡的一把梳子摔在地上斷了，心痛。 3. 缺少一些備品，住兩個晚上想洗內衣褲，沒有肥皂。 4. 靠窗的那張床離書桌非常近，而牀板又比床墊大，非常容易撞到腳。 Anyway，衝著這個價格，還是來張家港首選酒店。

Every year i visit Zhangjiagang and love staying at this Marriott hotel. The staffs are friendly, location is convenient next to Wanda Plaza. Staying at this hotel since 2019. Having afternoon tea in executive lounge till the sun set is amazing. Level 39 breakfast are superb.

I recently stayed during a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is modern, with everything feeling brand new and well-maintained. The service was impeccable— staffs were friendly and always ready to help. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me free breakfast, even though my booking didn't include it, which was a nice touch. After long days of work, the in-house massage center was the perfect way to unwind. The therapists were skilled, and the ambiance was relaxing—definitely worth a visit! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

之前臨時定過鐘點房 環境衞生都很好 這次家裡親戚來 定的這裏 前台小姐姐服務非常熱情 走了之後發現房卡忘記退還 把工作人員幫洗烘好的衣服忘記拿了 聯繫前台後非常及時完美的幫處理了 節省了我們不少時間精力 十分感謝

They had no hot water evenr though they claim its 24hrs. The AC didnt work, when we asked for it to be fixed we were told they couldnt. The WIFI signal was very poor and we couldnt use it. The hotel is beautiful thyr just need to improve their on amenities and service.

當天晚上入住後就感覺非常舒心，酒店大堂的環境乾淨整潔，前台接待人員工作流程也很迅速，很快就拿到我的房卡，因為是出差原因 所以之前住酒店總怕隔音不好，但是汀悦隔音是真不錯！空天温度也很合適，整晚睡的都很舒服！早上的自助餐也很乾凈衞生，味道還很不錯👍非常棒的一次酒店入住體驗
