Very please with the service provided by the rececption team. Specially thank Xu Lin for her extra mile in getting the shoe repaired within 15 minutes.
It is totally beyond my expectation. I am in China in various cities. This is the first time I meet such a dedicated service staff.

This is a so-so hotel. Unfortunately, the standard of hotels is not very high in China, so we don't expect high standards, even when the price is expensive.
Positives: The room was big and the bathroom was spacious. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options.
Negatives: The decoration is tacky. Our bathroom had a large window with blinds, but the blinds were a little too small, so there wasn't enough privacy. Smoking is allowed in most floors. We were woken up at 8am on a Saturday by a drilling noise from an adjacent room, and the noise continued for an hour.

房間很大，寬敞明亮，設施齊全，小朋友很喜歡。因為是第一次入住，對房型、價格等又仔細詢問了總枱，前台接待員吳英熱情款待，服務貼心，提出的疑問都能夠清楚回答，也送給了小朋友入住禮物，入住期間全程跟蹤服務，有問題可以隨時問她並處理好，服務態度和處理問題的能力都很棒，很滿意的酒店。

國貿酒店是第二次入住了，如果説第一次是隨機選擇了這家酒店，那這次就是特意再次入住的。因為很喜歡吃國貿早餐的包子，特地在這次的三天假期再次來了。
酒店的外部環境很整潔，乘車到達酒店門口就有服務員幫忙開車門拿行李，非常有禮貌，登記入住時前台服務員面帶微笑有問必答，入住期間碰到的服務員都會很熱情的打招呼。
如果開車來可以在酒店門前停車也可以在後麪的停車庫停車，酒店門口就有星巴克、麥當勞、小超市等。
推薦大家吃早飯的時候別忘記嚐嚐國貿的大肉包，真的挺好吃，胃口小的可以吃小肉包。
酒店房間衞生間內的毛巾，都是清洗消毒乾淨後每條單獨包裝的，過幾天、衞生。

因為五星選擇了這家五星級酒店
設施：這次住的皇冠樓，重新裝修過，新房間很寬敞還有智能馬桶，硬件一級棒
衞生：床品地毯衞生間都很乾凈
環境：市中心很方便，酒店游泳池健身房星巴克麥當勞一應俱全，出差來説太方便了
服務：前台服務員特別熱情，這次出差比較順利，提前完成空餘出半天時間，田禮明幫我推薦了周圍景點，我選擇了香山和沙洲優黃文化園，非常值得一去，期待下次再來張家港！

房間很大，很有性價比，體驗感不錯。前台服務員和大堂經理都很有責任心，服務態度很好，有問必答而且回答詳細。我有自帶的食品需要加熱，大堂經理陸經理主動幫我拿到廚房加熱，在此特別感謝，下次再來張家港，必定選擇國貿酒店
