Very helpful staff and decent room. Little bit outdated but location is good, close to everything you need. Can be a bit noisy as rooms not really soundproof.

酒店與火車站距離相當近，約5分鐘路程，酒店比較舊式，但整體整潔乾淨，在內登記時好像走進60年代，好有懷舊感覺，房間雖小，但整潔整齊，唯早餐提供稍遜，雖提供3間店舖選擇，但除時可能吾開，正正這次想食貓鼠面，但鋪頭註寫內部調整沒有開，好失望

地理位置真的很方便，步行到車站或客運總站都很近，周邊一堆美食和老店，走路都能到，附的早餐券也是隔壁幾家店家可選👍🏻
設備是真的老舊，但裝潢的很有其復古風格
衛生部分，床、地板、馬桶都算乾淨，美中不足是有非常多小飛蟲（雖然他們乖乖停在牆上一動不動）
總的來說，只是睡覺住一晚可以來，若是想長時間待在飯店，享受飯店服務與設施就不適合。

原規定需8點前入住，已兩周前電聯說9點多到，飯店說可以但要10點前到才有人check in，當天agent 8點多有來電確認住房，但又沒通知飯店，9點多到卻說沒記錄到我的來電通知，差點被取消，且態度不好
飯店非常老舊，還算乾淨，但設備簡陋，性價比低

浴室排水孔地上都是頭髮造成堵塞，棉被枕頭都有黃色污漬，吹風機完全是壞掉的，一大早洗完頭要吹的時候才發現，結果也找不到人反應，只能讓頭髮自然乾，造成我頭痛不舒服，整體體驗讓人覺得不推薦！

環境：酒店位置離火車站很近，步行大約10分鐘到達，酒店周邊有老街可以逛逛，還有彰化有名的小吃，便利店、速食店、飲料店都有，絕對可以滿足吃貨的需求。🍔🍜🍱🍿🍨🍹
服務：服務人員與清潔人員非常細心且有耐心。
衞生：整體可以，有些小細節不足，但不影響舒適度。
設施：裝修很有歷史感，住起來還是很不錯的，比較愛幹凈的小夥伴可以帶個一次性的三件套以及馬桶座墊，房內都有附瓶裝水，咖啡跟茶可以在一樓電梯邊自取，很方便♥️，房內的小冰箱也很乾凈，冰東西很便利。

因為家裡有事只好臨時找飯店、但剛好遇到元旦只看到櫻山有空房。一到門口才認知到為什麼會有空房⋯
設備老舊、隔音超差、床超硬、床單有污漬、枕頭扁到跟沒有一樣、空調超吵。浴室設計也很詭異、蓮蓬頭出水超小、水溫也不穩。洗完澡發現吹風機還壞掉，但因晚上櫃檯人員都下班、沒有值班或是可以找到服務人員所以只好濕著頭髮睡覺。總之這樣的房間品質絕對不值這個價錢。

1、淋浴間蓮蓬頭旁就是插座、不怕觸電發生危險？房號503
2、設備老舊、但還算乾淨、小冰箱運轉聲音大、索性直接拔插頭
3、早上10:20就敲房門、已回應三次還有人、但還是拿鑰匙直接開門、感覺很差

地點位置很不錯，就在火車站附近，走路過去5分鐘就到！
房間設備算OK沒有太大特別
