Nepheli Hotel

I was going m August 2022 but I couldn’t fix that date here. P.S. a very 💩 hotel with a good marketing. The price is to much for the facility that they offer. The pictures from the site are so beautiful photoshop and the reality is 🤢 and the noise was horrible at 1 am ( really?)

WOW just wow what can i say. My Sister and i spent 3 nights here and it was amazing. The family were so lovely always so attentive to our needs always happy to see us and help with arranging day trips, taxis, take aways directing us to a really good restaurant called Zorbas which is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Mums Greek salad was absolutely amazing and breakfast was good could have had some veggie sausages but wasn't that bothered tbh. As a black women i have had bad experiences when abroad but i can honestly say the people of Preveza were so accepting of us and super helpful where ever we went despite the sometime obvious language barrier. Everyone made us feel so welcome I feel so comfortable to bring my children next time i come. We have been to places where we were just stared at the while time and people where unwilling to help us. I have to say this as this is my lived experience of travelling while black and may help someone else. I am also disabled but have nothing to negative to say about the facilities the bathroom in our room was a little small but we had no intentions of living in it so I coped and to be honest the ocean view when you stepped out the bathroom made it worthwhile. I can honestly say i will return but next time with my children. We are looking for a place to go on a big family holiday and i have already suggested we stay at the Nepheli hotel.

10 of us stayed here for 2 nights before chartering a yacht from Preveza marina with Octopus Yachting. We were treated like royalty, the owner her son and staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them, Hotel Nepheli is a must go to hotel if you are in the area. Octopus yachting although is a different matter DO NOT USE them, they will steal your deposit with authorisation, please book with another charter company and save yourself pain and stress.

We spent a few days in this hotel. The hotel is as beautiful as in the pictures and has a very unique garden. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. They arranged everything we asked for, such as shuttle service to several places...etc. The room and all parts of the hotel were perfectly clean. It was a nice holiday here, we plan to come back again.

one night before our arrival we were told our room had been canceled due to water damage. After repeatedly asking for a refund of our payment, we have not yet received anything. They promise a lot, but deliver little. Unreliable.

Hotel semplicemente fiabesco! Il personale cortese cordiale e paziente! Un posto meraviglioso! Unica pecca che se non si ha un mezzo a disposizione è un po’ scomodo per arrivare a preveza!…anche se dista solamente 15 km! Comunque il prossimo anno ci torneremo

Il posto è molto bello. Sia la struttura che il giardino sono molto curati. Stanze ampie e ben pulite. C olazione standard, nulla di speciale. A pochi metri una bella spiaggia, dedicata principalmente agli amanti del kitesurf. Unica pecca, abbastanza distante dal resto della civiltà.

Hotel con piscina molto particolare. L’esterno è estremamente curato e molto pulito. Stanza con vista mare comoda ma essenziale. Il bagno piuttosto scomodo senza punti di appoggio. Personale molto gentile ma poco organizzato. Disponibili a farci usare i servizi con docce a bordo piscina prima di partire solo che sono molto belli ma per niente curati. Impossibile fare doccia perché c’era solo acqua bollente e loro sapevano che c’era un guasto. Colazione buona anche se ripetitiva. Il ristorante non funziona perciò se non hai la macchina è piuttosto penalizzante. Sta praticamente nel nulla perciò molto tranquillo. Funziona solo il bar senza snack. La posizione è ottima Spiaggia attrezzata a pochi metri. La macchina è indispensabile. Abbiamo dovuto noleggiarla. In zona molte spiagge di sassi servono scarpette per il bagno. Tante zanzare in tutta la zona

Έγινε κράτηση 3-8-22 για την 17-8-22. Την 17-8-22 και ώρα 11:52 έγινε επιβεβαίωση του check in. Μετά από ένα λεπτό ειδοποιηθηκα οτι δεν μπορούν να με φιλοξενήσουν. Ταξίδι 600 χιλιομέτρων έγινε άδικα. Η εναλλακτική που μου προταθηκε δεν ήταν στο σημείο ενδιαφέροντος μου. Αν ακυρωνα εγώ θα δεχόμουν ποινη. Τώρα που ακυρωσε το ξενοδοχείο ουτε γάτα ουτε ζημιά.
