부대시설도 쾌적하고 직원 및 매니저분의 친절도 좋았습니다!
쾌적하게 숙박하였으며 어메니티와 화장실도 쾌적했습니다:)
즐거운 여행이 되었고 늦게 체크인을 하여 풀장을 이용 못한 점이 아쉬웠습니다!

Luxueus hotel met zandstrand, super vriendelijk personeel die ons goed geholpen hebben. Heerlijke koffie en luxe lunch. Zandstrand, heerlijke zachte ligbedden. 30 min verderop zit het Gerakas turtle rescue center met prachtig uitzicht op rotsformaties. Book een tour naar het scheepswrak en blauwe grotten.

Zeer mooi hotel met een privé-strand beetje verborgen gelegen in het rustige bosrijke Vasilikos. Mooi groot zwembad met appart kinderbad. Rust is hier verzekerd. Aangenaam familiaal en zeer behulpzaam onthaal, ruime propere kamers, ontbijt en avondeten zeer gevarieerd en super lekker. Mogelijkheid om te lunchen aan het zwembad en strand. Je wordt er verwend door super vriendelijk personeel. Aan de receptie kan je huurauto’s of taxi bestellen in alle vertrouwen. Wij gaan volgend jaar voor 7de keer zeker terug.

-Personeel is erg vriendelijk, hulpbereid en correct. Denken mee en erg attent. -Keuken, buffet is gevarieerd, aangevuld met lokale specialiteiten. Ontbijt is zeer compleet. Grote keus uit desserts. Complimenten aan chef-kok Dimitrios! - Kamers zijn top, dagelijkse schoonmaak met schone handdoeken en koeling gevuld met flessen water. -Zwembad is schoon, veel ligplaatsen, vriendelijk personeel. -Stranden: prachtig water, privestrand is redelijk schoon. - Omgeving: advies om een auto/vervoer te huren, evt bus/taxi, om het eiland te verkennen. Wij hadden een 4wd Jimny. Wegen zijn niet al te best. Na 3 dagen toeren alles wel gezien. - Zakynthos-stad is erg toeristisch. Kennelijk te vroeg in het seizoen om schildpadden te spotten. -In tegenstelling tot het hotel is men op het eiland Zakynthos in het algemeen niet milieubewust. Tot onze ergernis ligt er veel afval in de natuur, ook op de stranden, naast de vele autowrakken die overal zijn achtergelaten. Dat is triest. -Fijn hotel met fijn personeel. The hotel looks very nice and always clean, the staffs are very polite and kind. Breakfast food and selections are OK, the only problem is that towards the end of our stay, it was very busy, food was running out, difficult to find a table. We had dinner there in our first night and it was too expensive for the food, you can get way better (and cheap) food in Argassi (next town). Location wise, is a VERY quiet area, nothing much around, you do need a rent a car, bike or quad, which can be arrange my the reception. One thing to take in consideration is that right at the start of the season (May), some restaurants are still not open yet. In summary… hotel is nice, with private beach, staff friendly, overpriced food and drinks, quiet location. We had a great time, but for sure is NOT a 5 star hotel.

My husband and I have been coming to the Bay hotel since 2010 twice a year: May-June and September-October. Those are the best times for “pensioners” as it is not so hot. And every time we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the warm hospitality, the beautiful location, the very well kept spacious grounds, our usual room, magnificent beach and sea, the food, the swimming pool… practically everything. The hotel has become sort of our second home where we fly in excitement and anticipation of pleasure. I believe there is no need to describe all the amenities as, apart from me, lots of people already have left their written impressions and experiences of the Bay on this site. In short, we hope we will be able to enjoy this paradise for years to come and at the moment looking forward to May. Strongly recommend this hotel to all who are looking for relaxing, quiet and safe holiday among caring staff and beautiful nature.

We had a wonderful time in The Bay. We stayed in a suite on the first floor with an amazing view to the sea. The room was spacious and decorated with natural materials and natural colours. The pool is surrounded by lovely trees so apart from having a very private place you feel connected to nature. Breakfast has a nice variety and a lot of fresh fruits. The best part of the hotel is the staff , they are all very polite, friendly.

The Bay is set on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches and on the most pretty part of the island, which is very green and unspoiled from tourism We had a fabulous room which overlooked the Ionian Sea, modern and very nicely designed. The pool area is very nice and there is a good choice of dishes in both of the restaurants with good and professional service. A special mention goes to Athina - reservation managers who certainly went out of her way to ensure our stay was simply 'perfect' and we would like to say a huge 'thank you' to all of the bay team. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this hotel.

This was the 2nd time we stopped at The Bay, the hotel is lovely the grounds are; the pool and beach location is ideal. We went in may and always chose the beach as our chill area, you were never short of beds. The rooms are clean and tidy, all round idea hotel. The location itself it quite out of the way; we hired a car which wasn’t an issue but just something to be mindful of you wanted to walk to bars restaurants etc but if you wanted a pure chill holiday I’d recommend. The staff are all lovely, really helpful, all the girls at reception are super helpful and welcoming and will help you with any questions you have. We went bed and breakfast this time, half board we didn’t find the food suited. Breakfast was nice. My only reason for a 4 star is the variety of food served at the pool and the drink prices, i would prefer some cheaper snacks and quick food rather than a meal but that’s just my opinion! The staff at the pool bar were lovely, Orestis particularly, even went out of his way to stop and talk to us when he wasn’t working! All round a lovely spot and would recommend 😊
