Room is clean and food is good, staff are helpful, i was angry waited long time for check in big thanx to bushra who was patient with me and kind and explain for me world of hyatt, I will surely comeback to stambul restaurant, best breakfast i had .

As an executive chef in a mechelin starred hote in paris : I had the chance to meet Bouchra while checking in and out , she is a hidden treasure, her energy and attention and care made me feel like im in a 7stars hotel and great french accent made me feel like im still in paris .

I was insulted by the phone operator. It happens people get angry and they say things they regret She never apologised. When I escalated the matter I was given empty promises and lies Her co workers were obviously trying to hide the issue. I only asked for a written apology, which was not given The staff is not prepared or equipped to handle customer service They have ruined my anniversary. By far the worst luxury hotel experience I’ve ever had. It’s a 5 star building with a 1 star service.

expensive hotel no offers they looking for money only bad altitude for staff special ASLI front office manager she need training to how treat the guest she has silly smile i feel she work against the hotel. i will never come back again and i inform all my friends to far away from this hotel.

Every thing was Excellent & no need for Additional details, the good thing was the hotel staff saying my name when I talk to them in the restaurant in lobby in reception 👍🏼

I had a great time with my family. The rooms are super clean and comfortable . The staff are very friendly. The restaurants are great plus you’re connected to a big mall that has everything. We all enjoyed our stay .
