The hotel it self are superb with delicate design.
Those staff are all so kind and offer nice service.
Especially just next to old town by walking 1 mins.
Enjoy to stay here for the last two nights. If I got change to back to Warsaw. Def gonna stay here again.

酒店位置非常好，就在世界文化遺產華沙老城街對面，步行幾分鐘就到。
酒店5星級，酒店房間外的燈全是聲控的；酒店的露天花園餐廳中央地帶的地板滿天星式的地燈，很浪漫。服務理念也很強，入住時因為小誤會對房型不太滿意，工作人員領着我們看了所有同級別的不同房型，直至選擇了最滿意的；該房型會有工作人員來巡視是否房間的設備都正常工作。
早餐環境也好，雖然種類沒那麼多，但有類似泡菜鹹菜，還可以單點熱餐。
唯一不太完美就是正餐，點了鵝肝、魚子醬，前菜味道一般；主餐豬排和鴨肉，口味偏重，不太適合中國胃。

非常精緻，住在皇宮裡，緊臨老城，出門都是聯合國遺產和景點。交通便利。服務水準高，專業細心友好。
