Hotel is on the bottom of the rice terraces. Easy walk to the cable cars. Good location.
Hotel staff was very helpful. Not much english though.
Easy to book taxis back to train station by the end of the trip.
Hotel room was a bit old and not super clean, but okish.

很好，環境很好，特別是空氣質量好，離景區很近，車停酒店走上去15分鐘就到索道口，省得堵車心煩，也鍛鍊了身體！

沒有電梯，住的房間離的有點遠，扛行李有點費勁。
湊上下雨天，濕度有點大，房間裏潮潮的感覺。早餐一般能管飽。

家庭出遊，帶着孩子，環境清幽，旁邊是一條河，潺潺的水聲，還不錯，早餐總類算是蠻豐富的了。

帶陽台的房間很小，且陽台推拉門的玻璃都是壞的，早餐咖啡機壞了也不貼個便簽條説一下，光看見咖啡豆不見咖啡機，害的我們好找，問了下麪條的阿姨，才知道咖啡機壞了。沒有電梯，大件行李衹能自己往上搬。

這次和家人帶着小狗特地自駕來雲和看梯田，選了雲想家這家寵物友好酒店。酒店地理位置不錯，就在景區的遊客中心，周邊有幾家飯店，停車場很大。開車到雲和核心景區九曲雲和20分鐘車程。入住酒店前，酒店工作人員就加了微信，告知了來酒店的路線和解答了一些關於景點的事項。雖然酒店不是很新，但房間非常整潔乾淨，不得不説酒店前台吳樂燕和張小勸兩位美女服務特別好。入住當天看我父母年紀比較大又帶着狗狗就幫我們升級房間，住在更安靜的區域，而且還主動幫我提行李箱。酒店的早餐豐盛，味道也不錯，父母很滿意。買的酒店套餐券很划算，特別是稻生的咖啡很好喝，原鄉小館的餐食相比其它農家樂來説就一般了。離店的時候，發現父親的眼鏡遺留在房間，微信聯繫了她們，她們幫忙找到眼鏡還和伴手禮一起郵寄過來。這次入住非常滿意，下次來雲和還會住這家酒店！

帶孩子去雲和梯田玩，酒店房間很大，離梯田很近，早餐還行，附近有幾家農家菜生意很好，味道也不錯。我們沒開車，步行過去12分鐘，一邊走一邊看看風景，雲霧繚繞的山，潺潺流水，風景很美。

1、服務特別好，辦理入住的姑娘很貼心，應該説有很好的親和力，諮詢問題非常耐心友好的迴應。
2、早飯很不錯，炒粉幹、煎餃、麪條都很好吃，水果也很新鮮。
3、風格是中式古鎮的風格，我住的房間後面有竹子和流水…開着窗會有點吵，關上門就好了。房間內部因為弄亂了所以沒拍照。
4、出發到雲和梯田看日出的九曲雲環開車約20分鐘。
