幾年前住過南灣河畔，對這個酒店還是比較好印象的。
這次入住主要看了是重新裝修。
首先大堂華麗，有自助咖啡，看了一下，還是星巴克的豆，不錯。另外，有4台海爾的洗烘一體機，還可以叫服務員烘乾後讓機器人送到房間。有健身房，有6幾個啞鈴，一個單車，一個簡易跑步機。
房間還是比較陳舊，沒怎麼翻新。這些都問題不大，主要兩個問題實在無法接受。
1、床單和枕頭有明顯的黃色污漬，有個枕頭還有狐臭味。這衞生情況？？
2、前台幾個女生的服務態度真的很差，每次問她們問題，像求大爺一樣。電話裏的態度也是。而且在前台吃泡麪，玩手機……真的服了。

這家酒店的位置非常便利，交通十分方便，房間和大堂寬敞明亮，設施齊全，讓人感到非常舒適，床鋪乾淨，睡起來非常舒服，服務態度熱情周到，讓人感到非常貼心，另外早餐也很豐盛都是我愛吃的，房間還會有水果配送，大廳還有健身房，洗衣機還帶烘乾的，有送物機器人直接零接觸送物，下次還來！！！

酒店因為啱裝修完無幾耐，所以房間設計還是幾新嘅，空間寬敞，大堂大氣高雅！唯獨酒店大堂服務人員嘅服務意識、質素及態度真係有待提高！分配房間也有貨不對板嫌疑，好彩最後還是爭取換到房，如果再經過一系列酒店服務基本素質培訓，相信入住嘅旅客會更加開心、舒服及滿意！另外，要點讚一下酒店二樓的Cafe TOMYork湯姆約客，無論西餐廳嘅環境設計及人員服務態度都非常好及專業，食得開心滿意！

臨時決定的行程，很晚才到達的目的地，性價比還是挺高的。美中不足的是浴室沒有門的，淋浴區挺大的，但是掛衣服放毛巾的地方卻設定在淋浴區外面的馬桶上方的空間那裡。小個子手短一點都拿不到毛巾放不了衣服上去，因為馬桶杵那裡呢。
