酒店停車方便，有自己的停車場，房間面積也挺大，衞生不錯，酒店位置交通便利，房間裏含的早餐很一般，不過相對於房間的價格也能接受，總體還是不錯。

從酒店外形看估計酒店有20年以上，而且維護，保養和管理極差，根本不適合正常人入住（見圖片），牆紙開裂，發黴，天花板發黑，脱殼，房間地毯，衞生間地面全部是污垢，極度懷疑攜程在當地的代表和該酒店有利益輸送！

房間空間大，性價比不錯，唯一不足的是燈光暗一點，看書的時候感覺光線不足。另外停車場落葉較多，感覺凌亂一下，環境衞生也被打折扣。

賓館看似高檔，但年份已久，房間設施老舊，有味道，不過離雲天文化城近，交通方便。
