大廈地理位置好，旁邊就是萬達商場，綜合條件也挺好，停車位充裕。值得表揚的是，我們到大廈後，由於大廈接待一個大型活動，房間緊張，前台黨經理和楊經理直接給我們調到了一個套間，非常滿意！

門口的保安不讓進去停車，夜晚高樓層風噪大，房間乾燥沒有加濕器。

作為榆林市綜合條件最好的5星級酒店，除了因為修建年代稍久、現在房間的硬件設施有些老舊外、顯得衞生似乎有點……其他的方面的確很難讓人找出差評！前台接待的服務態度的細緻、早餐的品種非常豐富，色香味俱全，停車的便捷、普通標間的面積寬敞、傢俱使用很舒適、1.35的床較為寬敞，健身器材齊全，尤其是恆温游泳池更是讓人印象深刻！總之、榆林的這一天因為人民大廈（榆林國賓館）令人久久不能忘懷！好評是一定要給的！房間的硬件應該不久也要重新裝修升級了吧！下次來榆林還會選擇人民大廈的！也推薦給其他人！放心住吧！

酒店位置不錯，位於榆林非常繁華的地區，旁邊就是萬達廣場，停車也很方便。
客房面積還比較大，就是可能由於時間比較長了，設施有些老化。
衞生方面細節有待提高。
早餐的品種還比較豐富。

酒店就在榆林市委隔壁，對面是萬達廣場，交通便利，停車方便。酒店外觀很牛，算是周邊的標誌性建築物了。酒店前台工作人員黨寶嬌很熱情到位。早餐也很豐富，推薦大家選擇。

設施：畢竟黃金地段的五星級酒店，多少年了，設施設備還是那樣好
衞生：乾淨衞生，跟自己家一樣，放心住
環境：對面就是萬達，周圍1裏不是商圈就是廣場，去哪哪方便，強烈推薦
服務：專業的人做專業的事，前台工作人員熱情漂亮，從進門到上樓，一直有人招呼，大堂副理還會熱情推薦周圍的美食景點，感謝小方的幫助👍👍👍

大廳服務工作人員態度都很好，姓段的工作人員服務也貼心，主動安排朝向好的房間。酒店離商店很近，停車場也很寬敞。
