Atour Hotel (Nanjing South Railway Station)

This experience in Nanjing South Railway Station Atour Hotel was top-level!I was traveling in Suzhou with my family. The old man in my family accidentally fell in the bathroom. There was no response at that time. In the afternoon, we came to Nanjing again. When we went out the next day, the old man felt a little uncomfortable, so we returned to the hotel. In the afternoon, we lay in bed and couldn't move. Because we came to China to travel, we called the front desk to look for it. Ask for help. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us call the ambulance. When the ambulance arrived, she also helped the doctor to send my mother to the ambulance and asked if we needed to be accompanied by staff. However, due to the limited seats in the ambulance, the little girl took the initiative to add our WeChat so that we could contact her when we needed! The little girl at the front desk took the trouble to help us contact the ambulance and the Chinese embassy for three consecutive days! 10 stars for the staff if I could!! They were all super nice and helpful! The location is about 10-15mins walk from Nanjing South Railway station. Nothing much around but there's a 24/7 Lawson round the corner and the hotel serves a simple supper from 9-11pm every day. The only bad thing about this place is the lift. There's only 1 lift serving 8 floors and the sensor for the card is not that good.

Loved the water pressure in the room.Staff are friendly and recommended us on where to go with map given.

The staff and manager were incredible. The room was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Nanjing !

可以説是住酒店以來最差的一次，酒店門口在修高鐵，凌晨開始大貨車滴滴地拉貨品，早上四五點開始施工敲管道！真的崩潰！特別特別吵！酒店在郊區，空曠的地方更吵！旁邊還是公交車站，也是嗡嗡的！玩了一天，累也休息不好🙅真心踩雷！

設施：面積挺大的，一次性用品也很全，牙刷毛很軟，對於我這種容易牙齦出血的人來説很友好，出差五六晚一大半都住的亞朵，選品真的很不錯 衞生：很好，都鋥亮🤣 環境：樓下好像是在施工，前台也很細心地提醒了，不過我都是晚上回酒店，也沒有什麼影響，晚上很安靜的。離南站地鐵口的位置略顯尷尬，走路自己試了一下，1.3km左右，飯後散步還行，帶行李的話還是得打車方便點

前台很熱情，也很熱心。酒店邊上在施工，很積極耐心的跟我解釋了情況，然後一再對可能造成的影響説“抱歉”，然而與她或者與酒店並無關係，但是她的態度非常好。嗯，給我換的房間也很喜歡，很大。保潔大姐也是很客氣，態度也非常好。房間衞生很乾凈，出行離高鐵站很近，交通方便。
